*All the tracks shared here were recorded with GarageBand on a MacBook, most utilizing the internal mic of the MacBook.  A few recordings use an Axiom49 Midi Controller to program Midi instruments and percussion.  In addition to playing MIDI instruments, I also performed live vocal, crystal flute, trumpet, bansuri, electric guitar, and electric bass parts on various tracks.

Musician|Vocalist|Songwriter based in Los Angeles, CA and originally from Chicago. With her original band, The Slow Kill, as well as the hip-hop duo, Eastern Sunz, she has played venues and festivals up and down the West Coast. Her poetry can be found in Rattle Magazine, Lumina Journal, Popshot Magazine, The Nashville Review, among others, and was chosen as runner up for the 2018 Sandy Crimmins National Prize for Poetry. Lizabeth is an MFA candidate at UC Irvine, and a poetry reader for The Adroit Journal.

Lisa G. Littlebird is the director of the 250-member Wholehearted Chorus in Carmel and San Diego, CA. She has been on the faculty as a community singing facilitator at Esalen Institute in Big Sur, CA since 2006. He cites Mark Farina's Mushroom Jazz vol. 1 as his favorite album of all-time and his direct inspiration to both become a dj and take his artistic endeavors down the road less travelled of the downtempo art form.
