Producer and musician Cate Le Bon creates a unique vocabulary of freak folk, post-punk and psych pop. Thanks to her jagged guitar playing and Welsh diction, Le Bon is the definition of elusive. Behind every playful quip, a heartfelt moment of reflection awaits; rigid concepts of beauty and ugliness don’t exist in the work of Cate Le Bon. She is a soul who simply likes to make things without taking limitation into account.
