FiDEL came together in early 2016, after former members of The Young Tremors, Scamper, and Butterknife, had a chance encounter.

For the past year, FIDEL has been writing, recording, and refining
their sound. They are anxious to share it with the world. Preferably live, and with excessive amounts of volume.

2024 update: 

I broke 14 bones in a motorbike accident - so yeah, everything is delayed - and everything is up in the air. 

Thinking the new album will be ready by end of the year ;) but I said that last year too, so who knows :)

Hello world!

I dig homegrown sounds and machines, and prefer alternative and experimental stuff. 

I started out with organizing raves in the Australian outback in 1994, and has since then had a lot of fun with that besides studies and work. 

My musical taste spans from live analog music of indie rock, reggae, dub-step, trip-hop, death metal, and free-form jazz, over and into heavily studio mastered and engineered experimental electronic music -  especially forest (a specific type of psytrance). 

From time to time I build my own synthesizers and fiddle around with chaining options in the studio - hopefully recognizable tracks will emerge soon ;-)

I am always looking for a jam session, so feel free to write me :)
