DJ from Toronto, whose life is consumed by progressive, techno and trance music. CENSORSHIP (Aaron Ip) aims to “censor” all genres but progressive, techno and trance music on the dance floor. He aims to create an atmosphere that delivers a spectrum from the heavy basslines and high hats of techno, to the highest peaks of euphoria, combined with the grungiest of triplets and grooves of trance. He firmly believes a day isn’t complete without a melodic melody that allows you to effectively transcend or “peak”. From the likes of Sean Tyas and Darren Porter, Aaron craves for these “peak” melodies on his free time, whether it be behind DJ decks, or in a state of euphoria with friends on dance floors.
CENSORSHIP aims to demonstrate the journey through the highs and lows in which progressive, techno and trance can take you on, and hopes you’ll enjoy the journey with him.
