Back in 2019 4ize posted that he was doing a deal for verses. I did not have a song idea yet and I was really not confident in my beats at all. Still I didn't want to miss this opportunity. So, I made a beat and paid for the verse. I really thought he wouldn't like it but he sent me back a hook and a verse. I was so geeked so let ya'll hear this. So I sent the song to a engineer to have it mixed down. I never heard anything back. So I sent it to another engineer to have it mixed down. While i waited for the return I worked on my mixing skilled. After a year of waiting I decided to just do it myself. I had already missed two 4/20 drop opportunities and I refused to miss another one. So I did the best I could and I think that I got a pretty good sound. This track is a milestone and the last of the Amo Re associated tracks I will release. So we are going to put one in the air to the end of an era for me.

After eight years of pursuing a career as a tv producer and getting nominated for two Emmys, Jermaine Price quit his job to pursue his true passion as a hip hop artist. He has since gotten writing credits on Twista’s song Rise - Hope 2020 Remix.

Having recently wrapped up his 5-track EP Let Us Pray, Amon Re is ready to release the material he’s been sitting on since 2015. “I just wasn’t in a good place with music mentally,” he explains. Mixed and mastered by Marsten House Recording’s Steve Sxacks in Philadelphia, the EP is buoyed with a lead single in the form of its title track, which will be followed up by “Lonely People,” which he describes as “my my personal feelings of loneliness and how society is a bunch of lonely people looking for a connection through social media without actually connecting with another human.” Amon Re is also working on New Strange Fruit, a collaborative project with Italian producer Dirty Meth Dopamina, slated for an imminent release on all major streaming and buying sites.
