Je n'ai rien écouté, entendu, si longtemps...
Je me suis retrouvé éperdu si souvent.
Je me suis condamné et vendu au néant,
Pour me désavouer sans vertu, sans élan.

Avec le temps, tout ça s'oublie.
Les meilleurs instants, comme ceux qu'on a maudit.
Sans ressentiment, sans nostalgie.
Le plus important, c'est de bien vivre sa vie...

J'ai tant rêvé, prétendu si absent,
Pour me réveiller défendu, résilient...
  
Heureusement pour moi, c'est fini.
Les plus beaux moments sont parfois ceux qu'on oublie.
Insidieusement, sans même faire de tri.
Les plus émouvants sont toujours ceux d'aujourd'hui...
