Eight Pieces from "The Seasons", op. 37(A): August (Harvest Song)

Originally composed around 2004 for a small local theatre production. This piece tells the story of a young couple navigating the perils of World War II. While the theatre has since closed its door, I felt this piece deserved a new life. I hope you enjoy listening.

Caprice is a fantasy, original dance work for flute, oboe and string orchestra. 
I focused on keeping it a light, lyrical and whimsical dialogue for the flute and oboe and kept the strings as accompaniment with a few exceptions.

Milana's wonderfully played improvisation "For Bach" immediately struck me as a piece filled with potential power and energy. I have worked in a short melodic excerpt from Bach's famous Fugue in D minor and added full orchestral support to her original solo piano track and hope you enjoy it. I am thrilled to present my first Christmas collaboration, featuring the exceptional piano artistry of Andrej Zatkalik. For this track, I took his solo piano work and added some orchestral support and melodic fragments of "Joy to the World", "Angels We Have Heard On High" and the "Hallelujah Chorus" to bring out the already joyful nature of his track. We both hope you enjoy this work, our second collaboration together :-)
