Freemount Records is a French label. Respectful of its origins, it is a “maison de disques”: a home located near the mountains of Auvergne, with a beautiful view, a clear one all the way to the US. Inside, after pilling up tons of musical instruments, listening to a bunch of songs and dreaming most of our lives, we decided that we, too, could make records. So since 2013, we meet around a shared vision of creativity, and around a certain musical aesthetic. Whether we meet at home, here, or elsewhere, we are always filled with the same desire: to make an object that is already dead for some.

Freemount Records is a real “maison de disques”, it is a home with people making records.
