Redlands started as a solo project of vocalist Ben Lohle, who released his first EP, The Lonewolf, in 2014. Later, the group came together and made a move to Denver in 2015 to pursue their dreams. In just two short years, the band achieved significant success, selling out numerous shows, wowing audiences on the Vans Warped Tour, embarking on self-booked tours across the country, and winning the hottest radio contest in Denver.

The single that earned them this position, "Big Talk," delves into the empty promises often found in naive and unfulfilling love, while their hit "Hollow Bodies" explores the attempts of lovers to escape their realities.
