We didn't think that you had enough time to breathe since our last V/A compilation, so this time we bring you "The Riot!" so you can get the Techno monkey on your back again.

Once more 1605 has gathered the cream of the crop of producers, never shying away from new talent and always sticking up our established artists.

As you would expect,a variety of styles are catered to here, from the anthemic Phunk Investigation cut, to Koen Groeneveld's bounce and from Dataminions' unmistakable sound to Kidz On Acid's frantic number. We've pulled all the stops here, even offering an exclusive collaboration in the form of Da Fresh vs. Sheff.

1605 brings you a Riot indeed, so keep your ears peeled for all the rebels involved.

Hertz & Subway Baby are back on 1605 after their huge "Shockz" EP a few months ago.

Keeping true to their groovy, feelgood vibe, "Rejoice" sports a classy bassline that jumps at you
from the start, and doesn't let go until the huge breakdown. You know what to expect
after that...

The funk keeps flowing in "Strategic Impact", which sounds like a disco anthem whacked out
on crack. This one has to be heard to be believed, with it's intense bass stab and gurgling bassline.

With releases already under his belt on Hot Creations, Culprit, Get Physical, Objektivity, Noir Music, Defected, (the list goes on) - DJ Le Roi is certainly one to watch in 2015, and January sees him launching into the New Year with three original tracks for VIVa MUSiC; ‘My Mind’, ‘Mont Blanc’, and ‘Future’.

On the flip Flashmob - whose bootleg series and releases on the likes of Get Physical, Defected, and OFF have earned them space in the crates of tastemakers worldwide - provide a stripped back reinterpretation of ‘Future’, extracting the main elements of the track and casting them in hypnotic new territory.

DJ Mag’s Best Breakthrough Producer of 2014 Josh Butler takes ‘Future’ in a different direction , introducing dreamy chords that add calming counterpoint to the sinister undertones present throughout the original mix.

Previous releases from DJ Le Roi have found support from Steve Lawler, Jamie Jones, Noir, Joris Voorn, Kerri Chandler, Dennis Ferrer, Nick Curly, Jimpster, and Luke Solomon.

Celebrating a landmark achievement of reaching 100 releases, Sudbeat pull out all of the stops with a star studded release, featuring many of the labels favourites in one smile inducing swoop and introducing a new graphic restyling that mark a new era for the label!

Not much needs to be said about Guy J, who is the perfect choice to proclaim this Centenarian landmark.

'Algorithm' is a stunning musical workout, a lesson in how to create tension, with its subtleties being its crowning glory. The pulsating rhythms create a mystique, matched only by its beautifully layered and carefully crafted harmonious tones and tripped out effects. Understated sounds cascade, creating a powerful soundscape that packs a mighty punch, that all adds wondrously to this magical musical meting pot.

The first remix steps up label heads Hernan Cattaneo and Graziano Raffa, who of course are the ideal candidates to try represent the label sound. Their fine rework utilises the original elements superbly, whilst also adding further drama and energy with its sweeping pads, beautiful chords and dubby overtones. A pacey affair ensues as things intensify elegantly, drawing you in to its striking climatic breakdown. Layer upon layer seem to collectively erupt as we peak to a crowd frenzying occasion thats sure to raise the roof.

If you hadn't been spoiled enough, then the Spanish emperor Henry Saiz is up next, bringing all his usual class to close this package beautifully. Henry's hallmark epic sound is represented in full effect here, as a dramatic and invigorating workout ensues. Locking you in to its groove and then swamping you with a profound lead synth, reminiscent of film scores and conjuring up sci-fi images delivers the powerhouse to be reckoned with. This tale unfurls further as the vivid breakdown delivers another turn its saga.

Hustler 32 sees us team up with Paul Rudder who hails from Gijón, Spain. Paul has been extremely active over the past few years building an impressive repertoire of releases on labels such as Nervous Records, Large Music, Papa Records, 124 Recordings & Salted Music to name but a few.

With his EP 'Happiness' he brings two great Originals in 'Happy' & 'He Had' both serve up a lovely slice of 90's house vibes for the summer, and also includes four fantastic remixes from a few newcomers to the label in Yann Polewka & Street Choice as well as some familiar faces like Nicolas Meyer & Lombard Street so there's plenty to chew on in this bundle.
