Q. How would you describe yourself?
A. I am a DJ, event producer and educator from NYC with Puerto Rican and German roots. My music selection is heavily influenced by my hybrid cultures. As a DJ I love vinyl digging and hope to take listeners on a journey through time with vinyl + digital sets exploring 90s NY house, latin deep cuts, with new club and reggaeton sounds. As an event producer, I’ve been working on events with Misschief collective and Radio Red Puerto Rico.

Q. How long have you been a part of the NY music scene?
A. I grew up in Manhattan and started going out exploring the club and music scene (mostly EDM shows) as a teenager over 10 years ago. I’ve been DJing and producing events in Brooklyn for the past 5 years at venues like Mood Ring, Bossa Nova Civic Club, Nowadays, Good Room and more.

Q. Tell us about this mix.
A. 50% wax 50 % digital. Deep cuts, vocals and house adjacent tracks with a dip into techno, acid and latin jazz. A mix of old and new, journey through “time and space“ of the 90s until now with records that have been on may rotation heavy recently. Recorded and mastered at Karlala studio.
