This Parvati episode brings you GOREIJU and the duo's "Headlights Towards the Dawn" album mix. Goreiju is where two distinct worlds touch in quiet harmony, the collaboration of Leonid Golčev (Tengri) and Mlađo Ivanović (Egon’s Embrace). It is not only a testament to their friendship and shared understanding of art, this project feels like a secret finally shared, a soundscape that exists somewhere between the imagined and the inevitable.

GOREIJU | Parvati Records Series Ep. 89 | 23/01/2025

Francesca a.k.a Psykia, is an eclectic DJ and Producer from the underground music scene, her first contact with music was at the age of six when she started learning violin.

She studied classical music throughout her adolescence but at the same time was introduced to electronic music, thanks to her brother DJ Sword, a great collector of trance and techno vinyls from their very beginnings.
Initially she was intrigued by ambient, electro,techno and trip hop sonorities, later she discovered the psychedelic trance sound and became involved in the psychedelic culture, she wanted to go deeper into it and went to study Electronic Music Production at Rome’s “University of Music” and left 2 years later with a Diploma.

In 2006 she earned a study grant and went to Goa to write an anthropological research on the Goa trance movement for the University La Sapienza in Rome, after writing a brilliant thesys she then published a book whose title is “Trancefloor: an Ethnographic Research on the Soundscapes of Dancing Souls.”

After spending few months in Goa later in 2008, she had the chance to play her first set on the beautiful location of Anjuna Beach, that's when she began her journey as DJ exploring all the nuances of forest/dark/psytrance but also progressive, techno and chillout.

Psykia has been djing around the world for many years now, she has also started making her own sounds lately and realeased tracks for Lycantrop Records and Forestdelic Records.

She is currently based in London but she never stops travelling all over the world and playing at major parties and festivals alongside the biggest names on the international psy-trance scene; she played at massive events in Uk, also many gigs in India and Spain  where she was based for a while and where now she goes back to play almost every year, she has been playing almost everywhere in Europe, she also worked as Stage Manager at Wao Festival and Black Moon Festival, in 2014 she joined Vantara Vichitra Records(India), in Feb. 2015 she went on a India tour, in March 2015 she joined Milega Records (Japan) and in 2016 she went again on a India tour supported by her 2 indian labels Vantara Vichitra and Temple Twister.

Now she is back in Europe getting ready for the summer season and she just joined Banyan Record, one of the best forest labels in Europe ..

This Parvati episode brings you GU with his new EP Guroovy's promo set. GU a.k.a. Takumi Yamaguchi, is a psychedelic trance producer from Osaka, Japan.  His journey began in 2004 when he wandered through the Indian subcontinent and stumbled into Goa, unknowingly stepping into a life-changing experience—his first encounter with Trance music. After immersing himself in the scene, he became a DJ and, by 2006, felt the urge to craft his own sound.  Now, with a deep influence from psychedelic music worldwide, Gu’s signature blends groovy basslines with dark atmospheres. In March 2025, he unveils his new EP Guroovy on Parvati Records—a testament to his evolving sonic journey.

╠╠╠Bio:Judge Ming started out young as she stumbled into an Alice in Wonderland themed psytrance party and fell down the Rabbit Hole, deep in the Undergrounds of the Finnish music scene. Her profound love for psytrance intertwined with her creative musical expression of the darkest corners of her mind turned into Light when she unleashed her first twisted calls of Forest Psy.

Her journey began in Europe and came full circle, back to Vancouver, DJ-ing across Canada and America and has played at many much loved festivals like Master of Puppets,  Kosmos Festival, Texas Eclipse, Sacred Earth, Motion Notion, Star Camp Shasta and counting. Judge Ming has since joined the world renowned forest psy label, Vantara Vichitra Records and is the Canadian Ambassador of Masters of Puppets and Mo:Dem. While her footsteps crossed continents, her psytrance crawled from a banging 148 bmp to a dark and gnawing 170 bpm, growing increasingly darker and more full power. Her style can be described as deep, hypnotic soundscapes with energetic running basslines infused with sonic influences from Central Finland.

Judge Ming’s love for psytrance goes beyond just making it, but unfurls into curating the stages and organizing the playgrounds it takes for the Psytrance Community to come to Life. She partnered up to expand the underground culture with a collective called “Matrices and Vortices”.  She is the mastermind behind Vancouver's monthly Algorithm: Bicycle Night, which showcased psytrance DJs of various styles. Inspired, in 2018, she began as the Head Organizer of the 6th Dimension Festival in BC which has become a Haven to the hearts of many on the West Coast of Canada, pulling in community from across the Continent. So prepare for a small girl BIG sound, in all the ways!. ╣╣╣
