We leave our homes and stay in temporary dwellings, meeting with God's people and worshiping together for seven days, and then enjoy the eighth day after that. We celebrate the wonderful, joyful time this Feast represents, a time when Jesus Christ returns to rule the earth and brings peace, health, and prosperity to all for a thousand years. God speed that day!
