Alec Araujo & Cryptic Realms - Katharsys (Original Mix)

A young artist with exceptional musical talent, able to create the most amazing music and with the vision and drive to develop his own distinct imprint is most definitely someone to take notice of. His debut label release, Lost & Found, showcases the extraordinary talents of Guy J, from its beautifully subtle, spacious intro onwards. The track builds seemingly effortlessly through a deep, swinging, handclapping groove, into an ever blossoming, journey-like arrangement with a highly emotive core. This is undoubtedly a masterful creation. As the mood builds ever upwards towards deep, throbbing euphoria, Guy J pushes melodic emotion buttons like no other. Joyous, uplifting, intelligent and beautiful, there can be no doubt that Guy J is one of the standout electronic artists in the world today. Guy Mantzur and Sahar Z are two long-standing friends of Guy J, their diverse and genre blurring musical styles making them the perfect choice as remixers for Lost & Found. Cleverly reconstituting the track with a spikey, heavier (yet equally enthralling) intro, they gradually blend in swirling melodic elements to the irresistable groove. Its easy to become lost in the delirious atmosphere as these two super-talented producers work their hypnotic magic, trading euphoric peaks with pure heads-down, hot and sweaty, darkroom dancefloor attitude. This is a musically dense and diverse trip that is as dynamic as it is organic, gradually turning up the pressure, until the very last drop of emotion has poured out of the speakers. Lost & Found is a mission statement, a superb label debut, exploring the psyche of electronic dance music, asking questions and tasting possibilities, forging ahead into the future. This is a new label that everyone should, most definitely, keep on their own personal radar.

Guy J - Lost & Found (Original Mix)

An artist with sizeable success across his South American home, Juan Deminicis has been at the vanguard of the underground dance scene for a decade. Proton Music is therefore delighted to welcome him back with "Life on the Moon".

Hailing from the bustling, cosmopolitan Buenos Aries capital, Deminicis sought inspiration from a host of leading names including Nick Warren, James Zabiela and fellow countryman, Hernan Cattaneo. Quickly finding his feet in the clubs of his hometown and across the country, the Argentinean became an established figure with performances at Bahrein, Fruta and Club Nina.

In tandem, a production career has been no less impressive. Over 270 release credits can thus be found against the Juan Deminicis name for a plethora of high-calibre imprints including Click, Lost and Found and Sudbeat. Indeed, the "Babel" EP was a notable highlight for the Cattaneo led imprint in early 2016 as was August 2018's "Umbra" for Dutch label, Click Records.

Supported across the clubs of the world by leading lights that include Guy J, Nick Warren and John Digweed, Deminicis has been a regular on Proton Music with a 2012 debut alongside Pablo Acenso coming in the shape of "Downshifting"; the stunning "Behind the Sun" EP coming a year later. Remixed by Guy Mantzur, Khen and James Monro has kept Juan Deminicis at the cutting edge of underground dance. Returning in March 2018 to remix GMJ's "Push Through", we are privileged to welcome Juan Deminicis back to the label.

The title track is a beautifully crafted affair that evolves effortlessly over its near eight-minute voyage. Strong beat and cavernous bassline, coupled with offbeat shaker pattern, create an epic bouncing groove that lays the perfect foundation for a swathe of analogue melodies to shimmer and sparkle in freeform patterns. Full of dancefloor credentials, delay and reverb create a spacious effect that truly gives rise to "Life on the Moon".

Partner track, "Tao the King" immediately makes its mark with huge bouncing bassline and techno rhythm. Redolent in white-noise effects, a sublime motif filters into sonic range as an analogue lead fills the airwaves with crystal clarity and an updated retro vibe creates a series of textured layers that resonate with Vangelis and a rich sci-fi scoundscape. Hitting its stride in the third movement with detuned arpeggio, the resultant track is a modern sonic masterpiece.

With two new tracks forming a new musical landscape, Juan Deminicis can be rightfully proud of "Life on the Moon".

Juan Deminicis - Life on the Moon (Original Mix)

Released to acclaim in June 2018, Andre Sobota's "Robots" was another masterpiece from the Brazilian producer. With the title track now reprised on Particles, a pair of new remixes come from Hungarian and Argentinean stars.

An artist responsible for helping define the progressive movement with his uniquely powerful sound, Gabor Kovacs has consistently shone brightly under his Aeron Aether pseudonym. A gifted musician with a specialty in cello, the Aeron Aether production sound has often pivoted around a glorious symphonic flair. A regular collaborator with Matt Darey and fêted by the icon in 2009 and 2010, Aeron Aether's work for Mango Alley, Armada and Silk Music has seen a raft of outstanding releases feature his name. Indeed, it was for the latter that April 2018's "Landscapes and Dimensions" saw a full-length album of extraordinary proportions. A regular on Particles since a 2008 debut, March 2018's "Release the Kraken" almost a decade later, witnessed Aeron Aether take centre stage again with additional remixes from Erdi Irmak and Paul Kardos. 

Now returning, the Hungarian delights with a typically sumptuous and driving remix of "Robots". A glorious disco-inspire bassline provides immediate substance against a thumping beat and offbeat snare. Meanwhile, a glorious arpeggio sequence and numerous counterpoint melodic layers provide trademark depth. Building elegantly, the melodic themes central to Sobota's original are delicately woven into a new structure that reaches a rousing zenith in the third movement, creating a very special "Hetvehely" interpretation.

A South American artist with a wealth of talent and support at his disposal, Matias Chilano continues to count the likes of Hernan Cattaneo, Matan Caspi and Petar Dundov as supporters of his music. A DJ career that has seen the Argentinean share the stage with Nick Warren, Cid Inc. and Khen, Chilano's production career is no less impressive. A regular on Balkan Connection with a raft of original and remix material, Chilano has also found himself a regular on such influential underground labels as Soundteller Records, Mistique Music and LuPS. Moreover, he has also been an oft-contributor to the successful Visceral compilation series. A remix for K Nass saw the Cordoba resident make his Particles bow in March 2018, while a second for Pysh saw him follow up in September 2018. 

Now returning for a third outing, the Matias Chilano remix of "Robots" is a typically fluid and textured approach that sees a swathe of pads echo the melodic themes of Sobota's original, while rippling white-noise washes and subtle melodic elements add further depth. A hypnotic beat and strong percussive cadence provide a strong rhythmic framework to proceedings in a track that epitomises Matias Chilano's distinctive sound.

Infusing machine-based music with a glorious human element, Andre Sobota's "Robots" have come to life again with remixes from Aeron Aether and Matias Chilano.

For our third edition of "Untold Stories", a series where we feature new remixes and interpretations of our back-catalogue, we invited a few from the new generation of progressive producers, all making their debut appearance on the label. Please welcome Anton MAKe, Milos Ilic, Dimuth K and Ivanshee.

Sri Lanka's very own gemstone - Dimuth K, who's been on an absolute roll lately. His tracks have garnered incredible support worldwide, whether it's his remixes of Dynacom's "Demente" on Balkan Connection, Paul Thomas and White-Akre's "Goliath" on FSOE UV, Jonanas B's "Insanity" on Astrowave or his collaborative originals with Berni Turletti on "Kilimanjaro" and "To 15,257km Away" that got signed to the legendary "Hope Recordings". Harris, better known to his colleagues as Ziger, has also been on a massive high-streak with his recent appearances on Click, Movement, Outta Limits, BeatFreak, Eleatics, ICONYC and furthermore, his collaborative track "It's Not Funny" with Quivver for his "Rekonstruct" album. His "Razor" track marked his first association with Juicebox, originally released back in 2015 with remixes by Simos Tagias as well as Color Ray and Praveen Achary, he later came back to remix SEQU3L's "Still Moments in Everyday Life". Now, to continue that momentum for both artists, Dimuth chose to add his magic to Ziger's "Razor" with a bouncy groove aimed straight for the dance floor and no shortage of beautiful melodic moments for the soul.

House Music With Love return with another one of their fresh EPs, this time from the dream team of Kaldera and Lazarusman with remixes from Urmet K, SURAJ and Simina Grigoriu & Moe Danger. 

Kaldera a producer from Northern Europe and Lazarusman a poet from Southern Africa and their rhythmic, spiritual journey always makes for real musical adventures. That is the case here with Oceans of My Mind, a deep, swelling house tune with great chords and a dark bassline. The thought provoking vocals drift up top as the turbulent grooves roll on and bring real class to the floor. 

The Urmet K remix is more blissful and laid back, with breezy chords and gentle beats rolling you into a trance. SURAJ then layers in plenty of cosmic melody, gives centre stage to the poetic spoken world vocal which brings a romantic feel to the tune. Then last of all Simina Grigoriu & Moe Danger close things out with a more direct, techno leading version that has brilliantly frazzled chords and deriving drums taking you deep into an eerie night. 

This is a versatile and vital EP that covers plenty of ground in real style.

Founded by label boss Einmusik end of 2008, the imprint has grown to a large family with members from Beirut, Toronto, Madrid, Amsterdam and many more cities. To celebrate 10 Years of it’s creative journeys and visions, Einmusika asked some friends and highly respected musicians to pick their favourite track from the past 10 Years for a very particular remix. 

So this time we’ll bring ya „J’oublie“ remixed by Olivier Giacomotto - a big dancefloor number. Dave Seaman remixed Tim Engelhardt’s “Vega“ and this one stays in your mind for hours. 3000 Grad founder Mollono.Bass comes with a new version of “Multiple Life“ by Einmusik - one for the hot nights and the festivals around the globe. We asked Julian Wassermann about his fave Einmusika track and he picked “La Danse Du Scorpion“ by Sébastien Léger - the one which made the clubs shaking in 2017 and is now putted to the next level with a darker attitude and clubby sounds. Emotional and uplifting comes Paji’s version of “Starlings“ by N’to, what an unique remix - individual and spheric.

Einmusik - Multiple Life (Mollono.Bass Remix)

Sag & Tre is proud to present the first volume of the "Freshly Picked" compilations featuring a range of hand-selected music to kick off the New Year, 2019.

Featuring scene stalwarts signed to labels/collectives such as All Day I Dream, Anjunadeep, Rebellion der Traumer, Dream Culture, Where The Heart Is + more, the compilation is set to turn heads, and stay in your record box for a while. The compilation also features a couple of newcomers, who compliment the entire piece offering something new, instead of deducting from the experience.

Elias Dore is the next announced artist for this compilation. Originally from Berlin, Elias explored many facets of music, but what has over time stayed with him is his love for melodic warmth and organic sounds. Elias has been trusted to provide warmup support for Rampue, Nico Stojan, Mira, Nicola Cruz, Holger Hecler and many more. While he regularly plays in Berlin’s well known clubs such as Sisyphos or Katerblau, he recently picked up some producing boots and made this beautifully unique composition called “Ayasa”.

This is one of the many Sag & Tre fruits off the compilation, all to be revealed before December 25th, when the compilation is up for pre-order. 

Artists like Powel, Jean Caillou and Ramiro Rossotti have already been announced to appear on the compilation. “Freshly Picked Vol. 1” will release on all digital stores and streaming services on Friday, January 4, 2019.

With a starting of a new year comes a new star ready to shine. We're proud to welcome Tantum, better known to his friends and family as Thomas Koch from Karlsruhe (Germany), to the Juicebox family with his debut EP - 'Ashen'. Having honed his skills for nearly half a decade, his passion for electronic music stems from his love of soulful melodies through analog synths and driving grooves inspired by modern progressive and techno. Tantum's first official signing came through his collaborative track "Chrono" with Thales Boutromlis, on Einmusika's brother imprint - "EIN2", an impressive achievement to start with. 

For his "Ashen" EP with Juicebox Music, he presents "Ashen", "Microtonal" and "Sekundenschlaf", 3 carefully crafted tracks with utmost precision, attention to detail and dance floor sensibility, without losing focus on the core musical content. Absolutely stunning work from this young new breed. We called back one of our favorites from the label, and the creator to one of our highest selling tracks "Endless Time", Belarus' very own - Michael A, who picked up and remixed "Microtonal", turning it into another beautiful journey in his revered style. Switching the mood up while still paying homage to the original in a way only he knows how to.

Presenting his first project of 2019, Cid Inc. returns to Replug Records with 'Via Karelia'. 2018 saw the Finnish artist release two of progressive music's most widely acclaimed and sought after EP's in 'Bird Cherry' and 'Abyss'. The two track offerings yielded play and support from his most revered contemporaries, namely Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren and Guy J. Resounding chart success followed, with the title selections respectively reaching #1 and #2 in the Beatport Progressive House Top 100 tracks. Now after months of road testing and refinement, Cid Inc. unveils his much anticipated 'Via Karelia' EP to kick off 2019.

With over a decade of production credits under his Cid Inc. moniker, Replug label boss Henri Hurtig has continued to flourish. Sitting in the upper echelon of progressive music's elite, the Finnish producer continues his story with 'Via Karelia'. Following a prelude of warm beats, hip swinging percussion and electric stabs, comes redolent rhythms and  juxtaposed motifs. Tastefully timeless and evolving with an energetic flair, it's a melodic theme which shifts the narrative further into euphoric territory. Free flowing harmonics add depth and emotion, coming to full fruition during the main break and elegantly peaking for a spirited final act.

Rounding out the release in fine fashion are the dreamy tech-vibes of 'Turning Pages'. Showcasing a similar rhythmic prowess to its predecessor, a tightly knit core and rugged stabs aim squarely for the dance floor, while an airy, atmospheric resonance delivers a subtle yet powerful emotional response. Irresistibly smooth and unquestionably evocative, it's seductive cadence pushes forward into an exquisite break, blanketed with glowing pads and iridescent phrasing, before ultimately melting down into a chugging finale.

In a year that has already provided progressive house fans with many memorable moments, Cid Inc. has once again stepped up and delivered what will certainly be one of 2019's most beloved releases in 'Via Karelia'.
