this is an invitation into introspection! something so easily forgotten or pushed away.. a moment where u genuinely take a  deep look into yourself, the inner world, the emotions. what is going on? just perceive what is actually, honestly happening. is it happiness? anger? jealousy, longing, stress, nostalgia, bliss or gratitude? cry if there is grief, laugh if u find joy, be bored if its boredom you find, it does not matter what you’re exposing. its about you giving real plain attention to it, to yourself. to care for yourself! can u be interested in your own inner behavior?
i recently did introspection very consciously and those tracks accompanied me and gave me courage to follow the unheard voices. u may find 48 minutes to try introspection with this mixtape or maybe you just listen to nature, anyhow i wish you consistent insights✨

e O is the shared moniker of sibling artists eleu and Olson, whose debut self-titled album ‘e O’ arrives as a beautifully blurred portrait of two inner worlds colliding.
