Ce moment où tout s'arrêter et qui pousse à la pause et à l'introspection... Ce moment qui raconte des histoires... Ce moment qui peut se mettre entre parenthèses pour en tirer la quintessence  

01- L'Orage

"Je les vois courir" est une chanson que j’ai écrite en pensant à un couple d’Amis très chers.
Je les vois donner beaucoup de leur temps, de leur énergie, de leur vie… pour les autres.
Mais trop peu pour eux-mêmes.

À travers cette chanson, j’ai voulu poser un regard lucide, bienveillant et sans jugement sur ce déséquilibre que beaucoup vivent : trop d’engagements, trop de responsabilités, et pas assez de place pour l’essentiel.

C’est une invitation à se recentrer, à se retrouver, à ralentir — avant que la fatigue ou l’oubli de soi ne l’emportent.
