Love Burn 2023 DNB DJ Set at Dreamscapes Masquerade

This is the 4th year I have been a part of Earthdance Global and Radiocave's Online Prayer for Peace Event. This set was featured after the Global Synchronized Prayer for Peace that took place on September 23rd, 2023. It is an honor to be involved with this event because Earthdance and the #worldpeacemovement has held a special place in my heart for a very long time. This is the audio version of my performance. Heavyweight Breaks 2020 is a snapshot of the hottest bass fuelled breaks released over the past 12 months mixed by myself Skool of Thought.

Those of you who have been following me will know I released the first Heavyweight Breaks mix CD on SuperCharged back in 2002. The approach for that mix then is the same now - 10 extremely carefully selected tracks which showcase the very best of the scene. 

The trick for me has always been to select tracks that are bass-heavy without being tear-out and uplifting without being cheesy. 

Naturally, I would like to extend my huge thanks to the heavyweight of breaks  - the producers who featured in this mix.

My original set for Unison 6 was all about drum n bass remixes, but I had some technical difficulties with recording. So, I re-recorded the set and added a few more tracks that didn't make it into the original 60 minute slot.
