Jula Fatstash, born on 24 August 1986, is one of today’s most prominent Dancehall artist. Fatstash, formerly known as Young Cashino, was born in Amsterdam to a Jamaican mother and a Croatian father. His hits “Mi Nuh Inform” and “Freestyle” have been praised for their catchy and innovative sound and can be heard at every dancehall event in the Netherlands. Besides recording tracks, Stash is also an experienced MC and has his own clothing line called FATSTASH.

The hit “Mi Nuh Inform” created a great local buzz in 2010 and Stash went on to make “Bad Every Time” on the Tekk On riddim produced by Daddy and Hypa. Subsequently Stash went to Jamaica to shoot a video clip for the love song “Sitting On A Mountain” in Spanish Town and Kingston. While on one of his previous trips to Jamaica he met with Gaza artist Shawn Storm and in 2015 he released a pre recorded song with him called “Real Party”. While 2016 is progressing so is Stash, with a new track and accompanying videoclip to be dropped in the first half of the year, expectations are set high.

Stash has been steadily working on expanding his ground and has performed at shows in Belgium, France, Germany and Luxemburg. What is different about Stash, compared many other artists, is the drive to be selfmade. In all ventures, from the clothing line to recording songs, Stash goes beyond the exigencies and puts in the work to be able to keep control over the manifestation of his concepts.

So far the best experience in music Stash has made was performing for an audience of 4000 people at Heineken Music Hall, however he is persistently keeping his focus on his dream of expanding to an international podium. Stash aspires to be a distinguished fresh and deviceful sound within the dancehall genre by sticking to both his Jamaican and European roots and voicing on innovative riddims with a creative flow.
