I've always been a fan of the track Spanish Joint  but I felt like the original is fairly mellow and couldn't find a way to fit it into my DJ sets. So i remixed this acoustic Spanish Joint with a more vibey dance feel so I can play out. Added new synths, keys, drums, bass, and sound efx.

About the EP =>
Deep and cosmic that is what Raw Main brings on the floor. His "Maat" EP is full of ethnic influences and magic build ups. While the title track is more atmospheric and dancy, "Lost In Africa" is really soft and comes with a poppy attitude. But Nicone kickin' that number on the dancefloor with his remix. "Osiris" is a trippy one, perfect for a sunny road trip.

Julia Barry composes music for the stage and film/TV.

Barry is currently a composer in residence at the BMI Lehman Engel Musical Theatre Advanced Workshop. She is active in the NY arts scene, performing with groups from indie bands to classical choirs, and taking part in programs like the New Dramatists Composer-Librettist Studio and Art-a-Hack which emphasize community, collaboration, and creative vibrance. She has held numerous artist residencies across the country including Chalk Hill and VCCA, and enjoys working on projects and commissions with groups such as the New York City Master Chorale and KC VITAs. She believes in the social impact of the arts and is dedicated to highlighting diverse voices as she collaborates with artists and organizations nationwide.
