Voltaire doesn't belong to the serail, the preferential circuits of the electro universe: he's an artist who built his career through passion, after electronic music fell into his lap somewhat by chance. Coming from a region far from the preferred circuits of the electro world, he cultivated his predispositions in autarky. Very quickly, the musician took advantage of his training in the audiovisual industry (where he worked as a sound recordist and mixer for cinema, advertising and haute couture) to raise the artistic and technical quality of his productions to a very high level.

Voltaire uses his perfectionist approach to music to create a richly emotional eclecticism, inspired by reminiscences of the historical signatures of electronic music, from the pioneers of Detroit to the glorious electro decades of the 2000s and 2010s. Between nostalgia and the search for new forms of contemporary electro, which must reconcile efficiency and inspiration: ‘I love all facets of electronic music and I want to remain open to all influences. This approach also allows me to avoid formatting my music’.

Today Voltaire is a Cod3 QR regular: he has remixed Tales from the Real World from Laurent Garnier's latest album, had several vinyl and digital releases and has been in the line-up of several events with the godfather of French techno, with whom a relationship of loyalty and trust has been firmly established. His forthcoming releases complete this first sequence and open up a new one: with his powerful reminiscences of techno, house and electro from 2000 and 2010, Voltaire has established himself as the newcomer to watch on a Frenchy techno in a full renewal. Depuis 2010, OuD!n13 & Dave-G, 2 frères passionnés de la musique électronique s'envolent en duo pour essayer de se compléter mutuellement. Par manque de temps, la G-prod s'évade au plus vite en créant des projets live.. Avec du recul et plus de temps pour la collaboration, ils proposent depuis fin 2011 une nébuleuse d'influences basé principalement entre la musique électronique et le dub.

Neo Apparatus is a french (based in Haute Savoie) music label launched in May 2013 by Ivan Cattaud aka "& my mother say" and specialized in electronic music.
The project was born with the desire to promote young artists but also more experienced to offer a vision of electronic music more open and without constraint or stereotype.
So far Neo Aparatus records has been collaborated with a variety of artists such as: B&S concept, BNinjas, Trecci, Wearing shoes, … and had the chance to produce very promising young artists like Denyl Brook.
Finally, the label was able to receive support from internationally renowned artists such as Laurent Garnier, Mark Farina and Shur-i-kan.

DJing for over 20 years, started out as a resident DJ at Chibuku in Liverpool in the naughties. Played at some legendary clubs, including Fabric and The End. APT & NYE Loft parties in New York. Sankeys & The Warehouse Project in Manchester. A mad club in Russia. The Garden Festival/Love International and Unknown in Croatia. Moved to Sydney in 2022 and have played at Club 77, Cafe Del Mar and various bars.
