MASTA (DMC MASTAMAN a.k.a. Amphibean) is a musician, DJ, MC, singer, songwriter, sound producer and event promoter well known in
the Bass community of Russia & SEA as a new modern Jungle & Bass sound exhibitor and one of the best
ragga voices representing the latest tendencies in ragga-jungle, drum’n’bass, tropical, dub and reggae music.
Mastaman’s performances are combining live and electronics containing the fat bass, energetic beats,
extremely melodic compositions and a very authentic live ragga vocals. Besides his own tracks
Mastaman plays a perfect dj-selection of London dubwise, modern dub, dancehall, tropical bass and classic drum’n’bass
tunes. His music is familiar to the party-goers in such venues as FAQ-Cafe (Moscow), China-Town
(Moscow), TheOverstay (Bangkok), Liliput (Goa), Nyex (Goa), Pink Pong (Almaty), Jao Da (Moscow), One Love Bar (Koh Phangan), Pirate Bay (Bali),
Trancefloor, Colosseum (Voronezh) and many others. His new project AMPHIBEAN is releasing it’s tracks on UK labels
and in the mixes of established artists like faXcool & KeenJah. MASTA has shared events with Zion Train, Brother Culture, Scarra Mucci, Rocky Leon, Job2Do, Steppa Style, H.o.T. and many more famous ragga and bass artists. His first album recorded with a reggae
band Green Tea received the 1st award as a “Russian Reggae Breakthrough Of The Year 2009” and the
second place in “Best Russian Reggae Release 2009” at the Russia’s scandal sharing resource
rutracker.org. And his newest ragga-jungle tunes are already widely played by the DJs in Russia, Europe, Asia
and United Kingdom. 
AMPHIBEAN is a brand new raggajungle project run by russian MC Mastaman (Green Tea, reggae) and a sound producer G-Man (Sintetica, raggacore). The sound of AMPHIBEAN has absorbed the elements of oldschool jungle beat, dynamic dub arrangements, authentic reggae vocals, deep base and a brand new dubwise reduction style. The tracks of AMPHIBEAN are hard to compare with habitual bungling mixes of jungle riddims and riffled traditional a-capellas. They are complete compositions that are holding the people on a dancefloor from the beginning till the end.
