Donna Marie is an enthusiastic, highly talented and hard-working Trance DJ based in Northampton (UK), she can regularly be seen playing across the UK. Besides her clubbing gigs, she has also hosted a fortnightly two-hour radio show titled Twisted Shores on sense.fm , and also a monthly podcast available on itunes titled Entry2Heaven, which is always mixed through CDJs and not a computerised programme showing her true djing ability. Donna is a very versatile DJ that always delivers a killer set - whether it be a progressive warm-up or a driving peak-time set. Donna loves most styles of Trance music and covers everything from Progressive Trance through to Uplifting and Melodic Trance, and also Tech-Trance - all of which can be heard in her club sets and radio show. Her influences are Markus Schulz, John O'callaghan, Indecent Noise, Sneijder, Adam Ellis, her inspiration to start mixing was Armin Van Buuren.
In 2008, Donna was confirmed as resident DJ for 'Inferno' in Coventry until its demise later that year. Throughout the duration of her residency, Donna showed her versatility by playing both peak-time and closing sets - and regardless of what time she played, she always recieved a good crowd reaction. During 2009, Donna Marie has played warm-up sets for 'Off The Leash' and 'Re-Vival' in her hometown of Northampton, plus a peak-time set for 'Movement' in Oswestry. She also made her debut appearance for a brand new Trance event in Banbury called 'Odyssey' where she also played a two-hour, peak-time set. To round the summer off nicely, Donna was confirmed as resident DJ for another new Trance night in Banbury called 'Beat Logistix', where she was seen playing on the last Friday of each month. Playing for Beat Logistix saw her playing alongside the likes of Ben Nicky, Scott Beaumont (Elusive DJs),Fabio Stein (40 degrees), john Kelly (cream) Matt Farmer, Tom Bailey, Miguel Del Bosque, Steve Hilling, Joe Woodruff, Ben Bridges, Kristen Johnsen and Chris Marsh - plus resident DJ and promoter, Carl Briggs. The remainder of 2009 saw her playing for the likes of Funkdeluxe and AudioLiquid. In December 2009, on Donna's 30th birthday, she made her debut at the mighty Emporium in Coalville playing for Funk Deluxe as part of the Cream Classics event, featuring on the same line up as Jamie Harrison, Tall Paul, Graeme Park, John Kelly, Nick Rafferty, George Kafetzis and JMF. 2010 so far has seen her going from strength to strength, with playing out regularly for different nights in the Uk and regular apperances for Audioliquid playing alongside Fabio Stein(40 degreses), John Kelly(Cream), Shaun Williams(Abstract), Genix(Passion),Paul Morrell (Classique) Tom Green(Passion), Steve Arnold(Godskitchen), also taking up the challenge of playing b2b sets with Shaun Williams. Donna also made her first debut Non UK gig in 2011 playing B2B Vicky Devine for Ultraviolet vs Charlys Angelz @ Play2 in San Antonio Ibiza in Aug where she had a very positive crowd reaction.Donna was made a resident for a small Trance night in Loughborough called Trance Action where she has djd alongside Akira Kayosa which has now also lead to gigs playing @ The Emporium in Coalville as part of the Storm event and also a Nu-Passion vs Beat Logistix night in 2011where she played in the 2nd room as part of classics event where headlining Agnelli & Nelson. She decided to take 15months out to concentrate on her career in the British Army Reserves but missing the music, and her passion once again taking over she landed a Residency for a small night called Shindigerz in Leicester until 2015 where she seeks new horizons

Co-owned by Jamie Jones and Lee Foss, groundbreaking independent dance label Hot Creations has gained global notoriety in recent years through pioneering a new and unique sound born of its founders deep affinity with old disco records and soulful beats. 2013 will see the duo take their label to even greater planes upon the major label release of their band Hot Natured’s truly unique debut album and a mile long waiting list of incredible music from incredibly successful talent such as Digitaria, Greg Pidcock, Richy Ahmed, Robert James and wAFF.

I've been dj'ing now for around 10yrs and my passion is house house house.  Whether it's Minimal, Tribal, Tech/Prog I just love it.  For those of you who know me you will understand.  And for those of you who don't welcome to my world!!

For most of my career so far I've been quite a commercial dj and have played in similar environments, but a trip to Ibiza soon changed everything!!  I returned home from the best 4 nights of my clubbing life a revitalised man and my style and outlook on music in general changed dramatically.  And now not only can you expect the latest chart bangers but if you play your cards right I'll be serving up a selection of the newest driving house beats.

I am a huge perfectionist when it comes to performing and I use the latest Pioneer equipment, owning their flagship mixers the DJM2000 and the SVM1000 along with a pair of DVJ1000's.  The visual element has always been important to me and if I can use it to enhance my show then stand back and enjoy.  My technical abilities are first class too and the DJM2000 takes a real pounding.  Serato's Scratch Live is my preferred portal to the dance floor although I have also used N.I.'s Trakor.

Having played for the likes of Ferrari, Lamborghini, Paul Mitchell and a whole host of others I have gained enormous experience over the years and can play in various styles so no event is out of reach.  Although my focus now is on club residencies and producing I can still cater for any event.  With my home studio now ready I will be concentrating a lot of my spare time to producing my own tracks and working alongside other dj colleagues on collaborations and remixes, so watch this space.
