Having already gained notoriety for his skills as a gifted ghost producer and remixer, Roni Kush is ready to step into the spotlight. With a new EP on the way, via Foreign Language Records, Roni has just shared with us this first track, the pounding "Robot Noize". A muted synth melody, penetrating low-end stabs and some ultra-crisp production provide a rock solid foundation for the robotic, commanding vocal sample that draws you into a hypnotised state where the only thing that makes sense is dancing. And isn't that what makes techno great? That disorienting feeling of being trapped in a futuristic night club with no escape and no other option than to dance? 

The Robot Noize EP is due out on September 28.

Throwing it back with a Subliminal classic, Harry Romero and Doorly are transporting us to the early 2000’s with their fresh remix of Erick Morillo, Harry Romero & Jose Nuñez feat. Jessica Eve “Dancin.” The original’s old school underground sound is given new life with the collaborative, updated club version. The dark tech-house rendition kicks the beat up a few notches while accompanying Jessica Eve’s original vocals. Almost 12 years after the original release of “Dancin” on Subliminal Records, it is only fitting Harry Romero and Doorly’s remix is the first installment on the Subliminal Classics remix series. Look out for additional remixes from Kolsch, Martinez Brothers, Nic Faniciulli and others!

Relaunching this past summer after a long hiatus, super-influential house and tech imprint Subliminal Records has managed to continually release quality music as promised by label head Erick Morillo at the start of the relaunch. Dabbling in a little bit of everything, this year has seen the label’s debut release “The Restorer,” Erick’s fun techno jam “Something for Carl Cox,” Harry Romero's dance floor beast 'I AM' and Morillo's Limitless EP "I Want You" & "Trapped".  With more releases on the way, stay tunes for more Subliminal classics on the horizon.

As predicted, 2015 closed with a proper bang for Trystan - his rampant touring schedule taking him to European hotbeds like Berlin, Moscow and London; plus another stint headlining the hottest venues in one of dance music's most talked about new territories - Ukraine’s Kiev. Amidst all this DJ activity, his package-stealing rework of Swedish left-field pop artist, Karin Park, was released after accruing some stellar props from Steve Lawler, Maceo Plex, Him Self Her, Henry Saiz, Kris Davis and KCRW, LA’s Jason Bentley. And after several months of heavy support from the big man himself - the trippy slice of atmospheric house genius that is ‘Waking Giants’ - finally saw the light of day via the behemoth that is John Digweed's Bedrock. 

James has kicked off 2016 with an intense period of studio activity, culminating in a clutch of deeper, more techno-leaning originals - due to surface Summer / Autumn-time - as well as a driving, hypnotic remix for exciting new London talent, Puzzle; a package for which he was commissioned alongside the Electronic legend that is Matthew Herbert. And being an artist that’s forever keen to learn and share new ideas, his production endeavours have also extended to an incredible collab with London’s Barber. The result being ‘Black Magic’ - a full-bodied, rolling, tech-house beast that's poised to slay an Ibiza opening party near you very soon.

With this impressive start to the new year firmly in place, James embarks on a tour of South East Asia in May - playing at a host of venues across Kuala Lumpur, Koh Phangan, Bangkok, Bali, and Singapore where he will headline with the much lauded KYO; all of this before he heads West to start a bumper US tour in August.
