Unleashing Experience-First Networking with Automation

In today’s service edge networks, Service Providers must make long-term decisions on their network investments to determine their edge routing assets’ capabilities for the next 5 to 10 years, or even longer. The service edge must support a multitude of use cases across known residential, small and medium business, enterprise WAN, mobile, data center/cloud, peering and a myriad of other revenue generating services. But change is constant as has been emphasized over the last 2 years. Anna started her career at Bell Canada, designing and deploying networks. Subsequently, she worked at Cisco and Google, contributing to advancement of various networking domains, more recently Cloud Networking security compliance aspects. Anna holds a Master’s Degree in Telecommunications from Ecole Franco-Polonaise, Poznan, Poland.

Jim is a Director of Product Management for Juniper Network’s MX Multi-service Edge routing portfolio, the largest product line at Juniper. He has over 25 years of experience in the computer networking industry focusing on networking (routing, switching, firewalls), SDN, hyperconverged server systems and virtualization.   Prior to Juniper, Jim held senior director of product management positions at Riverbed and at Cisco, and managed product lines with annual revenues in excess of $3B.  Jim originally started his career in design engineering and progressed up to more senior roles in technology and product management.
