Episode 75, the three quarter century, was a bit of a special one - it was broadcast on Valentine’s Day, which is also my birthday! Couldn’t resist slipping in a couple of loved up smoochers, but this episode was all about the promos really, with two new cuts from myself and some brand new heat from disco friends Pete Whitely, Pete Ellison, Jack Tennis, Shalvoy, Da Lukas, Robert Ouimet & Dave Godin and Mascott

As it was my birthday, I’d lined up an extra special guest for hour 2 - Michael Gray!!! Michael is a hugely respected and established British DJ and music producer, best known for his hits ‘The Weekend’ & ‘Borderline’ He is also one half of the dance music production and remixing duo 'Full Intention' who have been at the forefront of Dance music since the early 90s.

London-based Michael is one of the most in-demand Artists on the global dance music scene today. Having relaunched his solo career as Michael Gray in 2018 to pursue his original love of Disco, Michael has consistently placed in the top three house artists on Traxsource - an incredible achievement and a worthy accolade for Michael's world-class production skills. Throw into the mix awesome DJ sets at the best events in the UK, and a host of chart topping tracks with Jon Pearn as Full Intention, and you start to see the full picture of one of the UK's most talented Artists. He has DJ’d all over the world from MOS in London to Hi (for Glitterbox) & Pacha in Ibiza and as far and wide as Poland, Germany, The Philippines, Australia, Russia, Brazil, Georgia, Spain and The Netherlands.

Goz - Black Light Disco 29th Aug 2020

Samosa Funk beams down again via the myhouseradio.fm airwaves to deliver your monthly fix of all things funk, disco, afro and stone cold solid grooves. As always, the peerless Les Inferno and De Gama will be kicking asses and taking names as we head into the Samosa Funk Belt just outside of Orion.

Les Inferno leads the charge in the secret ‘Funk You Up’ suite here in BLD Towers. Expect lots of original grooves and hidden gems from the man who makes crate digging seem like an Olympic sport. 

For the second half of the show, De Gama raises the stakes with a lovingly constructed set featuring tracks from Picossu, LTJ Edits and LRS, plus some sneaky previews of upcoming bombs from Samosa and Daje Funk labels. Not to be missed!

Samosa Funk Vol. 29 feat Les Inferno & De Gama

The Black Light Disco is back on the Myhouseradio.fm airwaves a little later on with another blockbuster tag team event featuring BLD residents Esteban and Shalvoy. 

Esteban is up first, setting his stall out as if he means business deep within the Sonic Collaboration Zone here in BLD Towers.  Expect some fine tune-mongering, with tasty cuts of audio goodies from the likes of LUP INO, Delfonic & Kapote, Antonio Santana, Da Lukas, Andy Bach to name but a few. 

For the second hour, Shalvoy takes over the controls and will absolutely blow your little cotton socks off. All the way off. Effortlessly slipping through the gears, Shalvoy’s in the mood for grooves and hot disco sauce.
