i re-evaluated and thought over the lessons that have kicked my ass in the past...
i still have to come up with my escape plan

i am not happy to be sad and i am not sad because i am not happy.
in fact i am sad because because i was once happy.
so if i am happy that leaves me with a lot of things to worry about because i could quickly become sad...
