“The Lord (You Gotta Move)” is an adaptation of the blues song from Mississippi Fred McDowell, released on the Rolling Stones “Sticky Fingers” album.
As blues and Celtic instruments match very well together, I've adapted and arranged this mystical tune with an addition of bagpipe, bombard an Irish whistle.
This track is a second version with new arrangements and instrument (bombard) of the one already released on the album "Scots Wha Hae" (2022).

I tried to make a piece that evoked the nature of Spring, but also the power of nature and the process of renewal (regenesis) during the season. I found it very difficult to mix but hopefully it gives an idea of what I was going for. It's Spring now :)

Man, I feel like it has been forever since I’ve put music out. Even longer because my computer crapped out on me. I was trying to get this out over two weeks ago, but here we are. 
  I love writing deep house stuff like this. Sometimes I have to remind myself to drop the catching melodies and just write something that grooves deep. Something you can feel in your bones! Had a lot of fun writing this one and hopefully you all enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it. Keep your head up, keep your heart up and boogie on! ￼

I read somewhere that we are made of the same basic matter as the universe and the stars, we are a lot more that Flesh & Blood we are made from pure light. I tried to get a feeling from this song hope it came across.
