Pixel Sunburst emerged spontaneously while experimenting with Furnace Tracker. Composed entirely on the NES (Ricoh 2A03 and AY-3-8910 chips), the track evolved without a predefined concept. Only after completion did I realize its vibrant energy mirrored that of a solar flare, leading to its title.

This piece channels the essence of retro platformers, blending intricate melodies with dynamic rhythms. It's a sonic tribute to the golden age of gaming, infused with a fresh burst of energy.
