As I head out on my way to the wondrous land of Scots for a special New Years gig, it's only fitting to close out the year with the artist who's served as my biggest inspiration since I first discovered his work in August 2020. Consistently delivering one exquisite production after another, he's been our guest many a time on @getting-deeper. Equally humble as he is genius, the impact his music has had upon my own personal journey has been deeply profound and for that I am grateful.

After lots of musical banter, he invited me to play a New years party, north of his hometown Arbroath in Scotland.  As an audio engineer and former chef, he’s been DJ-ing & producing for nearly 2 decades, with a past residency ‘Spaceball’ at the legendary Reading Rooms in Dundee. Following a sabbatical from music to work and travel the world, his intense passion, natural curiosity, & wealth of diverse musical knowledge has seen him return to the scene in 2022, reinvigorated & inspired to create & share. 

In today’s mix, you’ll hear tracks from both his early influences of the Orb, Goldie, and Lennie de Ice mashed with a bit of fresh breaky grooves & moody delights.
