DJ and producer Miguel A.F. born in Valencia Spain is our next welcomed artist on The Plot Music.
We embrace him and his brandnew EP ‚Music is an echo of the invisible world.‘ in which Miguel brings you the beauty of two really catchy electronic gems, melancholic and driving at the same time.

‚Bright Sea‘ starts with powerful drums and a melodic bassline. Pad sounds bring in a melancholic feel but don‘t stop the remarkable intrinsic power, which is driving the track forward more and more.

In the progression of the bassline and synth sounds in track number 2 ‚Falling Sparks‘ Miguel plays a lot with modulation which makes the sound very versatile. The playful arpeggios and open hihats finally show that with this pieces of music we have another pushing dancefloor gem on our label.

As always, the return of Ruede Hagelstein is inevitable and with each return he ups the ante tenfold showcasing his ever growing prowess behind the studio door. It seems as if, with each Ruede EP, the amount of elements utilized shrinks while at the same time the sound grows in power and dominance and that could not be better exemplified than here. 

Consisting of two originals and a remix from the one and only Martin Buttrich, the EP is a gross display of well thought out, mature dance floor jewels. Opening the short player is Hagelstein’s ‘Dematerialize feat. Justin Evans’ where a sinister yet soothing vocal sets the tone for the entire track, laying the groundwork for a gorgeous bass drum and shimmers of distant percussion carry us into celestial spaces. ‘Forward Vision’ is up next and follows suit by relying on a brooding minimal groove to drive the shimmers of glistening atmospherics and sparkling sonics optimal for dizzy and delirious club moments. 

Last but certainly not least we turn to the legend who is Martin Buttrich to twist the original ‘Dematerialize feat. Justin Evan’ into a more straightforward composition with his signature stylings opening the doors of accessibility to a wider demographic of disc jockeys resulting in a track that stretches the playability to a wide range of disc jockeys making it a stellar addition and ensuring the perfect variety to quench all desires.

Barcelona based, Venezuelan duo, Fur Coat return to Sasha's Last Night On Earth imprint with the imperious 'Babel' EP. Three original cuts, plus a remix feature from the in-demand Italian duo Hunter/Game.

Kicking off the EP is the title track 'Babel', a stripped back, melodic club heater, tinged with hypnotic, cosmic synth transmissions. Up next, 'Technical Maneuvers' is a bold yet refined cut which is neatly contrasted with dramatic synth blasts.
On the flip, the captivating, rolling groove of 'The Gate' takes things up a notch, and Hunter/Game turn down the lights with their remix on the title track 'Babel’. An undulating take ready to grace the dance floor.

After a busy year of touring and releases in 2019, Denis Horvat is proud to announce the launch of his new label for 2020. Enter: Vokabularium. The name, carried over from Horvat's latest Innervisions release, takes on a new life. The label aims to be an immersive, perpetual story. The first release on Vokabularium will be from Horvat himself, delivering a diverse 4 song EP titled, "Extensions of Base Notes".

 The EP's A side starts with "Interference", a track which weaves dissonant guitar tones with a dark, haunting storyline—an exploration of fresh sounds and energy. A2 brings us to "Patenta", a melodic anthem of sorts. A driving bass-line guides you through this peak hour journey nodding to Horvat's signature sound. As we flip to the B side, we begin with "WCS". Here, we enter a world of mystery. Patient build ups with eerie vocals make for great tension. The listener is drawn in closely before the sound expands to keep you guessing—drop all expectations. Finally, we arrive at the B2 track titled, "Paan". Paan opens with a spacious environment offering the listener a sense of hope. Chord stabs on top of a dense beat close the EP with an emotional finale.

Hunter/Game re-unite with Icelandic producer Primal as they unveil their collaborative 8-track LP ‘Unknown Places’ on home imprint Just This. The project follows the duo’s expansive and experimental 10-track LP ‘Silence’, released on the label in summer 2019, which welcomed a departure from the Milanese pairing’s previous dancefloor-focused material into a realm to experiment with the use of vocals amongst restrained elements of tension, blissful ambience and distortion – and this vision is explored further here as they combine with Copenhagen-based vocalist Primal once again to deliver the hypnotic and visceral ‘Unknown Places’ to open the New Year.

Opening via the sparse and haunting sonics of the project’s intro, ‘Unknown Places’ reveals a collection of work combining the minimalistic and experimental sounds and textures fans of Hunter/Game and their label have come to know so well, alongside interwoven vocals from Primal to offer a project packed full of twists and turns, guided by expertly crafted soundscapes and exemplified by lead single ‘Servants’. Cuts such as ‘Interlude’ and ‘Paradigm’ edge back towards darker territories, whilst the ever-evolving warping sonics of ‘Black Layers’ offer pockets and trickles of space and rest amongst brooding and driving synth lines that propel the production forward.

Next, ‘Evolve’ welcomes further trademark synth work amongst off-kilter electronics and a raw, commanding core bassline, whilst ‘Things Have Always Been’ sees Primal take centre stage as he delivers further hypnotic vocal work amongst refined percussion arrangements and resonant synth stabs, before closing with ‘Glaciers’ – an emphatic final production harnessing tight sound design, blossoming serene melodies and escalating lead lines to shape up proceedings in epic style.
