Zirenz - Bex Hazard & Cat Llewelyn are a female Classical Crossover Vocal Duo, Song writers, Composers, Remixers and music producers based in Wales UK. 

They began working together professionally as Zirenz when they won an Honourable Mention Award from the world renowned John Lennon Song writing competition USA in 2003 for their song “Underworld Nation”. In 2005 Zirenz signed their first publishing deal with 23rd Precinct & Notting Hill Music / Kobalt and since then Zirenz have released over 60 original vocal tracks and pieces of Instrumental music and have had their music remixed over 150 times to date making Zirenz one of the most remixed trance artists in the World. 

Zirenz have been featured on several International, Award winning DJ Compilations and their tunes Edge Of Space and Shine On Me have both been hailed as Trance Classics by the World’s #No.1 Trance DJ Armin Van Buuren and America’s #No.1 club DJ Markus Schulz. Zirenz have also had chart success hitting #No.1 in the DMC World Trance Charts, Beatport Trance and Dance Charts, DEEZER Top 10  All Genres in Pakistan, DEEZER Top 100  All genres Ukraine , iTunes Top 20 dance Charts in Norway and Mexico, Dutch TOP 40, Spotify World Selection Trance Albums Charts, Dutch Dance Buzz Charts and the Italian Classification dance charts.  

In 2014 Zirenz signed a Worldwide distribution deal with Believe Digital for their label Afterworld Recordings and in 2017 Llewelyn & Hazard Zirenz signed a Publishing Plus Sync deal with Simon Platz and his Award Winning Bucks Music Group an independent international music publisher and an exclusive Worldwide Rights Management deal with Absolute Rights Management .

As DJ’s Zirenz have been Radio DJing over the last 8 years on Digital Trance Radio stations and Romanian FM Radio station, Radio Cluj 95.6 FM reaching thousands of listeners weekly. Now in 2020 Zirenz will launch their new pOpera show podcast showcasing “The Best of Classical Crossover with a Beat”.

Performing live as soloists and as the Duo Zirenz, Bex Hazard and Cat Lleweyn have performed in major concert halls, theatres and night clubs in the UK and around the World including, Nitori Culture Hall Hokkaido Japan, Wigmore Hall, St Martin in the fields , The Foundling Museum, The Church of St Margaret Westminster Abbey, Bridewell Theatre, Her Majesty's Theatre , Scala Nightclub Pentonville Road London and Air Nightclub Birmingham.  In 2021 Zirenz will launch their Classical Crossover pOpera Live Show at The Ffwrnes Theatre & Calon Lan Centre Wales UK for a TV  Pilot for a new Music TV show. 

Their vision with Zirenz pOpera is to bring a fresh new 21st Century sound too well known Operatic Arias and Sacred songs and helping connect people who may not have given Opera & Classical music a chance, to hear and connect with the master pieces of Mozart to Puccini and more combining Zirenz Classical crossover vocals  with electronic glitch pop beats, trance dance rolling synth basses and cinematic strings bringing Zirenz pOpera to the masses.
