Adem KURT:
Being a story-teller who encapsulates noises throughout a shared-universal narration of culture is the main sound concept behind of Herhangi's perspective. Since 2012, under the name "Herhangi", Adem Kurt has been producing and giving live performances by capturing emotional depth sounds. Based in Istanbul and Tokyo, Adem also works as a music director which gives him access to create instances of creation/alteration in a multi-disciplinary art.

Born on June 10, 1993 in Ankara, Hazal Benli has always had an eye for music and performance arts ever since her early teenage years.  Commencing her music education at Hacettepe University Ankara State Conservatory’s Opera and Singing Department, she later transitioned to acting, assuming various roles in multiple TV shows in Turkey. Throughout her journey, Hazal has consistently pursued her passion, sharing her beliefs, thoughts, and talent with the world.

In 2020, she acquired her first synthesizer, aiming to merge her classical music theory background with a new perspective through electronic music.  Hazal soon began to experiment with the equipments at her disposal to discover her own unique voice. Applying her beliefs in the idea of Sufism to her craft — concepts relating to purification, spirituality, and unification under the practice of Islam, Hazal drew inspiration from a poem by the luminary poet and theologian Mevlana Rumi to create her first track “Sea”. 

A piece that aims to deeply resonate with the soul of her listener, Sea offers an ethereal trip to the mind of Hazal Benli — one that’s able to convey ideas of spirituality and togetherness through the language of digital and analog sounds. Scheduled to release on December 15th via Pure Trance, this piece promises to captivate its audience from beginning to end by utilizing both traditional and innovative musical elements in a delicate yet exhilarating manner.
