Chuck Platinum is a producer, DJ, radio personality, philanthropist, and american  rap artist. Originally from The Bronx N.Y. Chuck Platinum started off as a DJ watching his father rock the turntables since he was a baby. In 1991, he teamed up with his partner in crime P. Holla and formed the group Uptown Nation. Uptown Nation performed in many showcases nationally including a once in a lifetime chance to perform on Showtime @ The Apollo winning standing ovations and coming only second to another contender. In 1992 Chuck Platinum and his father DJ Butch SOS started his first business called Partnuz Entertainment and began DJing several parties and clubs in the tri-state and started this business when he was only 13 years old.

Chuck Platinum started producing in 1993 and produced hits for his group as well as artists like Mahagany Brown, AG, Lady D, Big Spade, Lord Vital, Bronshay, Young Bugz, YP, Jvon Lawrence, Ronnie Sparkz, Young Merc, 950Plus , Vague Sport, Green Streetz, Triboro, Cory Gunz, Miss Irie and an assortment of other talented artist.

In 2005 Chuck conceived NovaKhain Enterprises which is a corporation that consists of a record label, audio & video distribution, film, radio, publishing company, booking agency, and artist development firm.

In August 2011 Chuck Platinum released his debut street album on NovaKhain Records called "I AM LEGEND" which is packed with 12 tracks of sonically infused, lyrically charged, boastfully wonderful songs. The album features production by Chuck Platinum and has special guests such as Sonja Blade, Budda Early, Elus, Vague, Bugz and Guy Fisher Jr. Legend will showcase Chuck Platinums work as a producer and a rapper which comes natural to him. Since Then he has released 4 critically acclaimed projects including I AM LEGEND 2, The Definition Of A Hood Scholar (Award Winning), and the most recent release The L.O.V.E. Tape (Letters Of Valid Emotion). His latest works I AM LEGEND III - The Last Man Standing boasts production from grammy nominated producer Music Mystro, Gwop Sullivan, DJ Joe Cool, Khardier Da God, Microphone Bully and others coming mid 2015.

Chuck Platinum is also a well renown radio personality. He is the main host of Crazy Mob Squad Radio every Wednesday 4pm-6pm on Damatrixstudios.com. He also was a DJ on In The Trap Radio & Co-host of The XXXecutive Decision with DJ XXXotic Mami who he currently co owns Xtreme104fm with. He has interviewed people such as Noreaga, Styles P, Ralph McDaniels, Treach from Naughty By Nature, DJ Webstar, Mic Geronimo, Rock from Heltah Skeltah, Steele from Smif N Wessun, Warren G, EPMD, Kool G. Rap, community activists, independent artists, film directors, authors and the list goes on.

Chuck also works very closely with promoter AD The General and the Elegant Hoodness Musical program. Between 2013-2014 Chuck has toured in over 15 states including California, New York, Vermont, Connecticut, Maryland, Virginia, Atlanta, Florida, and Missouri. He has also opened up for Mr. Cheeks of the Lost Boyz, Rock from Heltah Skeltah, Cory Gunz, Uncle Murda, Joell Ortiz, Fred The Godson, Freeway and Tony Yayo.

In 2014 Chuck Platinum was awarded The Essence Of Hip Hop Award at the 11th Annual Underground Music Awards. He was also nominated for Emerging Producer & Explosive Grind at the 2014 Elegant Hoodness Awards. In addition to that Chuck Platinum is also nominated for Producer Of The Year & Best Male Rapper Of The Year at the 2014 All Star Music Awards, nominated 7x at the 2015 Elegant Hoodness Music Awards taking home the Most Requested Song Award for gaining 16 full weeks of rotation of the hit single "Love The Hustle" produced by Gwop Sullivan.
