It's finally here...

I fell in love with this song while driving through Spain with my wonderful partner, hearing it on the radio constantly. The vocals immediately haunted me blissfully while the lyrics about the inherent struggles of artistry and the music industry resonated deeply. I wanted to create a remix that was both true to the original and true to myself, something that could slide right into my bass music sets without losing the structure and flow of the original. I'm happy to say that remix is finally here! I'm proud of how it came out and I hope you are too!

Started in 2018 by multi-instrumentalist Travis Wagner, fendz is a unique genre bending music & art project that demands attention. Having gained traction on social media in their first year, fendz’ music has appeared in numerous artist mixes and playlists, including Liquid Stranger’s Wakaan Spotify playlist. After moving to Kalamazoo, Michigan, fendz played their debut sold-out show at Papa Pete’s and announced that DJ/promoter Patrick McKenzie aka Large Mouth BASS would be joining the group, solidifying fendz’ place in the Michigan music scene. The project continues to evolve, adding live elements and even more diversity to the fendz repertoire.

Their well-received debut electronic album “Consume” was released August 27th, 2019. This was followed by two releases in 2021, starting with the quaking dubstep EP “Are You Afraid of the Dark?”, then treading into new waters with the alternative EP “Chemicals”.
