It was an honor to support this show, as Tinlicker are in my top favorite producers. 

To honor the mix series ethos I’ll be sharing my monthly intentions with you all.

This month my intention is to slow down in the way I move, speak, and go about my days. It's been pivotal in order to optimize my nervous system, my health, my joy in life and even in productivity to take my time and particularly really plug into my intuition and feelings. It's so easy to get caught up in the go-go-go of life; slowing down is truly a superpower that I've cultivated and is a daily practice, and taking a month where it's the one priority feels just right, especially as I dive into end of year reflections...
