The song is a B-side. Hooman is a veteran, spits freestyle type recording and makes anything flow. Rick is the last dude on the track. Amazing that it was his first time ever writing a rap song... Also deals with a good deal of Influence from acoustic artists since I write on all acoustic instruments. At least two acoustic guitars, acoustic bass, electric guitar, and programmed or drums written and played by me Krunk, Kap10 Kush, Dubbsacc. I started out in punk bands right around 10 years ago, and though I never 'made the switch' to hip hop. Contrary to what most may believe I have only been rapping for about three or four years now... Not that you can tell though son! Anyway as I stopped jamming with set band members and started writing more. This eventually opened the door to Hip Hop for me... A passion of mine, yes. Was it always that way for me? I've been asked a lot and to that I respond that only you can prevent forest fires!!! Seriously though, I never have took hip hop too seriously. It all started as a joke in between songs I'd rap to the metal or whatever music my bands played at the time. So now I've dug myself in a hole since I HAVE to teach everyone I play with live all my music or at least most of it. I try to not teach as much, so as not to just make it more of an experience being made in the moment and Ad Lib music and flow. The songs you'll hear on this page is songs recorded in my home studio in college although I've started adding unmixed tracks of other people's music I work on... I was just starting to learn protools on a lot of these songs but I will soon be releasing all new material once I choose a release date. I need to work out some contractual kinks before I choose the date I believe.

Music IS LIFE.

It all started with 90's Metal and Classic Rock influences such as Alice In Chains, A Wilhelm Scream, and The Rolling Stones. Even before that though... Coolio was my first tape I ever bought... yeah the Gangsters Paradise one. Ironically one of my first CD's ever was the Weird Al album with Amish Paradise. I'm fully self taught. Going out of my way to learn no theory and scales the way Lennon was. My music also deals with a good deal of Influence from acoustic artists such as Elliott Smith since I write on all acoustic instruments. At least two acoustic guitars, acoustic bass, electric guitar, and programmed or drums written and played by me Krunk, Kap10 Kush, Dubbsacc. Rappers such as Del, Cage, Noreaga, Immortal Technique, influence my MC style. I made the switch from vocals more akin to System of a Down, or death metal. Ill Bill helped me convert to rhymes without having to conform to standards or not have to worry about if any hip hop heads would get any of my lyrics. I soon found that being cryptic from my previous occupation of hustling in my lyrics afforded me the ability to remain true to myself both lyrically, and aesthetically. I played punk when I first formed a band. I have since carried the Do It Yourself attitude since then. I have jazz influence when it comes to recording style... I pretty much will make a bass line or drum beat or whatever. Then take 1 to 3 takes on every instrument and if the song doesnt turn out good enough I am very quick to trash good beats because of not getting instruments captured in 30 mins or so. I freestyle on all my tracks. Pretty much the exact opposite of how most rappers write. Not that I think that makes me special or better. But more so just fitting to my personality and taste in music!
