We are very lucky to bring to you a 140 minute special podcast from Tzinah label owner Dan Primaru also known as Primărie.

Primărie is a highly skilled DJ with over 15 years of experience in the industry. He specializes in playing music that uplifts spirits and incorporates future-fractal sounds. He is known for his ability to manage the tension between the power of the groove and the relief from high frequency vibrations. Primărie's realm includes his own record label, Tzinah Records, which features tunes that span a wide range of minimal and house genres, designed specifically for the most discerning dance floors.
Dan Primaru, also known as Primărie, began his musical journey in 2007 after discovering his passion for DJing and club culture. He started his career with local radio gigs and exploring the Bucharest scene, but he soon realized that he wanted to create something unique for the community. In 2010, he founded his own record label, Tzinah Records. After spending some time in Berlin, he relocated to Romania, where he has performed at a variety of venues, from infamous after-parties to small, packed clubs, inducing smiles on underground dance floors throughout the country. Over the years, he has been invited to play at a wide range of unique clubs and events in major European cities. Recently, Primărie has expanded his DJing performances to other continents, secured a residency, and released an album of his own music productions, further adding value to Tzinah Records.

PAULUM Records is proud to unveil a new milestone: our very first compilation series, a curated showcase of 12 artists from 7 different countries. Carefully assembled and split into three volumes, this collection highlights a diverse range of sounds while giving each track and artist the space and attention they deserve.

PAULUM011 VOL. 1 launches the series on July 24, featuring four outstanding producers who each bring their own voice to the label.

Returning to Paulum is Linus Duewer, the Hamburg-based artist who made his debut on PAULUM009. With his distinctive, groove-driven approach, Linus continues to define the label’s identity through subtlety and depth.

Also returning is Annina, a Finish artist whose remix on a previous Paulum release already hinted at her unique sensitivity and sonic precision. Her contribution here reaffirms her place as a rising voice in the scene.

Electronic Elephant, based in Berlin and a member of the Bladehouse family, brings a raw yet elegant touch to the compilation. With a strong connection to underground culture and a deep understanding of minimal aesthetics, his track adds both warmth and character.

Rounding off VOL. 1 is Robert Ostan, a respected producer from Romania making his Paulum debut. Known for his exceptional releases in the Ro-minimal space, Robert brings a refined, timeless quality to this collection.

This compilation series embodies the spirit of Paulum Records: international yet personal, forward-thinking yet rooted in timeless sound. Each volume invites you to dive deeper into the label’s evolving narrative.

Audiotones has been recently diving deep into melancholic, sultry and uplifting textures of sounds with releases on labels such as WAYU, Magician On Duty, Sag & Tre, as well as our very own Canopy Sounds. Their earlier releases featured more classic Deep House tropes with thicker grooves and dubby pads, while their more recent work has found solace in more reserved and patient grooves and relaxing melodies. It's a catalog well worth exploring and is only growing stronger with each release. The Russian duo has been recently collaborating with former Canopy guest, Adrien (RO) and will see a release on the Three Year Anniversary VA forthcoming on Magician On Duty. Their first track with Canopy Sounds "Majuro" - a blissful journey through percussive passages and twinkling melodic elements - is currently available on Bandcamp and is now up for pre-order on Beatport.
