A LITTLE HISTORY

Rwane K was raised in Africa until the age of 17 which had a huge impact on his musical influence. He bathed in original sounds filled with solar rhythms. The future DJ connected with the unique percussions which instilled an auditory instinct in him that was almost like a natural habit.
  Throughout the different African countries he lived in, his insatiable curiosity and already substantial musical culture naturally lead him to Gospel, rock, soul, Funk, Disco, and finally to discover modern vinyl with current European trends such as House Music.
 At that time he returned frequently to Paris where he found inspiration for House and Garage music from vinyl shops such as Da Groove, BPM and Champs-Disques. These trends embodied the liberating universe of the electronic movement for him. 
An autodidact with his musical orientation is heard in the capital where he played more and more diverse sets.
 At the Durand-Dupont, the Cantine du Faubourg or even at the Queen for Ibiza in Paris evenings, his reputation grew to eventually become the sound designer of the Cooffeelink, and then of the Patio Opéra. He can be seen at the Sauts du Loup performing for the Afterworks Martini, organized by L'agence Moma at the Crazy Barm's Opening in Val d'Isère, and at the R2 in Marseille.
 In his passion to be able to play anything, he turned to the Underground with the aim of broadening the dispositions of a typical Dj. At the Experimental Cocktail Club, the bar of the hotel Le Pershing Hall, or recently at the Flow or the Faust, his excellence and accuracy are always present: his position in the electronic club scene has not shown any mediocrity. 
 In 2014, he created the Sexomatic evenings - From disco to House -, at L'Éventail, where he invited the DJ / producer Paco from Open House evenings - Politics of Dancing, and David Stepanoff, from Discoqueen evenings.
 Since mixing, Rwane K has been able to play in clubs like Wanderlust, Monday evenings, Dis-moi Oui, the Ball-room, the Wagg, the Golden 80's parties, the Globo, the Baron, and many others. 

HIS SKILLS 

Rwane K’s eclecticism is his major asset. From music with African sounds to the hedonistic interactions of electronic music or Disco, his universe is played out through the creation of bridges between musical genres and the freedom to transmit the art of knowing how to party.
  His watchword is the ability to adapt to any audience he encounters which displays his rare versatility: From Rock to Funk, via Soul, Disco, to French varieties, where his originality always accomplishes the magic of capturing a crowd. 
  By constantly evolving, Rwane K rides several waves: on his Soundcloud - rwane-k -, where he exhibits his latest sets. He also has his personal mixtapes which he seeks to create in line with current trends.
