So... Cheyne Brothers was the provisional name for what essentially was an instrumental studio project by Phil Mills and Tony Smith. The majority of the recordings were made while Phil was active in The Colour Mary, where this project provided a welcome escape from the pressures of having to perform the songs live. The majority of the songs were recorded on occasional weekends at Tony's house in Raleigh, Essex, UK. We would hire a large mixer and an 8-track real-to-real, and spend the whole weekend jamming. Out of it would usually appear some nice ambient tracks.  The music was heavily influenced by Cocteau Twins, My Bloody Valentine and bands of that genre. Phil played guitars, Tony played Bass, and together we programmed drum machines and played with samplers and keyboards.

Early Winters began as an informal afternoon of writing between friends that blossomed into an expansive musical partnership. Based in Los Angeles and Toronto and made up of acclaimed UK singer Carina Round (Puscifer/Tears for Fears), two time Juno nominated/Canadian Folk Awards winner Justin Rutledge, Grammy Nominated/Juno Award Winner L.A. producer/musician Dan Burns and highly acclaimed musician Zac Rae who's recent work includes My Brightest Diamond, Lana Del Ray, Damian Rice and Gotye to name but a few.
With all four members scattered globally touring and working on other projects, they continued to write songs long distance from all over the world. The heartfelt beauty of the recordings manage to capture an unprecedented intimacy in the modern age, leaving listeners doubting if the band were ever apart during the process.

Combining indie-pop with post-punk revival and elements from 90´s alternative rock Sibyl Vane´s expressive and melancholic sound gets its final grind by band´s front woman - singer-songwriter and guitarist Helena Randlaht´s recognizably unique voice and charismatic image. Their rise from Estonian music scene to border-crossing sensation in 2011 was remarkable. Their powerful and charismatic stage presence has pleased critics and audiences in different countries around Europe.

Sibyl Vane is fragile and haunting. Their musical expressions have been compared with artists like PJ Harvey, Anna Calvi, The Cranberries, Depeche Mode, Lykke Li and System Of A Down. As children of the 90s they are exploding something we all remember from MTV and sweaty rock venues we used to visit.

The trio named after Oscar Wilde’s tragic hero, started their journey in spring 2010. Local alternative rock band guitarists Heiko Leesment and Helena Randlaht founded Sibyl Vane as one-time side project. After almost accidentally winning several competitions in Estonia they earned international attention that led to signing record deal with Latvian I Love You Records in 2012. Same year the collaboration resulted in warmly welcomed debut album “Love, Holy Water & TV” and two years of album presentations over Baltics, Finland and Sweden.

The Shoehorns are a girl/boy-duo/couple hailing from leafy Surrey and not so leafy South East London respectively. With their songs crossing the line between factual and farce, The Shoehorns are the free daily newspaper of the country/folk world, bringing you the stories that you don't need to know but are glad that you do.

In just a few months Berkshire based acoustic solo singer / songwriter Marc Woosnam has gone from playing pubs and open mics to performing at music venues and festivals across the South East of England. His musical roots stem from the Seattle grunge scene and branch out to blues, rock, and folk to give him a unique sound in modern music.

A musician for over 25 years, Marc has played on various stages in bands and has recently started performing as a solo artist in his own right, drawing on his life experiences to produce music of love & loss, of good times & bad, creating compelling melodies with powerful vocals and relatable lyrics.
His debut ‘ Little Comfort’ Acoustic Session EP has received radio plays across the UK and the momentum seems to be growing for this talented new artist.
