September 10th, 1945 finds a strapping (but tender) young rooster pecking through the dust of Fruita, Colorado. The unsuspecting bird had never looked so delicious as he did that, now famous, day.

I'm actually excited about this one.  Like everything else, it needs a ton of work, but I think it's starting to resemble a real song.  Or at least it will if I can find the right vocal melody.  

I'm including the original loop for comparison's sake, since there's a fair amount of changes that have occurred since I wrote it.  (It hasn't been trimmed, so it's basically 3 minutes of the same thing with a short coda at the end).  

Incidentally, the original loop was featured in a short student film which I have unfortunately lost the link to.
