Fun song to listen to. Really like the guitar and the way you sing on this one.

I feel like your voice is used differently depending on the image of the song. The guitar playing is also wonderful, with the three-finger and electric guitar solos all played in a way that best suits the music.

En serie låtar på svenska av Jethro del Cielo vilket är Mattias Erikssons artistnamn.

Sorgen står i centrum när Jethro del Cielo spelar hjärtat ur sig, och den får låta sig själv ta plats i ett försök att hantera den livsituation som han funnit sig i efter åratal spenderade med en psykisk ohälsa som ledde till att han i slutet av 2022 försökte ta sitt liv. 

Idag, i slutet av Maj, 2024, är han fortfarande vid liv. 

Han har sedan slutet av 2022 arbetat med att försöka lära sig själv, och andra, hitta ett sätt att tala om psykisk ohälsa som låter andra i den sortens situation samt deras närstående finna råd och praktiska exempel på vad som kan vara så väldigt svårt att tala om. Att hitta ord för, hitta gemensamma koncept och idéer som gör det möjligt att hitta gemensamma nämnare att förhålla sig till när man lever med en psykisk ohälsa, eller man har en närstående som gör det.

Den här plattan har att göra med allt det ovanstående, samtidigt som den förhoppningsvis låter rätt bra dessutom. 

I övrigt så kan jag meddela att all koppling till det religiösa som dyker upp här och var i texterna här inte har ett dugg att göra med något annat än att det blir som om man inte kan låta bli att kasta in ett par udda ord i låtarna som får en att låta lite frikyrklig trots ens egna totala avsaknad av allt vad religiösa ting innebär. 

Jethro del Cielo är inte ens döpt, ta mig fan.

Artistnamnet Jethro del Cielo översätts alltid till "Jethro of the Sky", alltså "Jethro från Skyn", och har att göra med de avstånd man hittar i himmelen ovanför oss. Det översätts dock ibland till "Jethro of Heaven", vilket blir "Jethro av Himmelen", vilket inte har att göra med varför Mattias Eriksson valde det namnet.

Kurt's been playing around the Melbourne music scene since the 90s, only recently has he started writing his own material.
Kurt also performs with Crumbe and Fawkner Walking Society, and has performed with 2 Inch Tape, Cate Taylor and Tim Woodz and the Dirty Shoes.
All of these demos have been recorded on the Boss BR-80.
