We welcome in another new artist to our guest mix series. And this time our selector hails from bellissimo Milano, to showcase her sound across Indie Dance, Melodic, Deep House…introducing…Irene Radice 🙌👌👏

Like her name suggests, ‘Radice’ which means ‘Roots’, her musical aim is to celebrate quality and tradition 
through a modern perspective. 
Always telling a tale, eluding conventions, capturing a moment suspended in a timeless joy, in her magical dj-sets she evokes images of sweetness and freedom in the mind. Her tracks have received support by internationals artists 
like Eelke Kleijn, Sasha, Spada, Zombies in Miami, Nhar, played on international renowed radios like BBC1 and featured on the famous ‘Renaissance’ compilation.

Biography:
Originally from the North West UK Ger has been spinning since 1992 playing early rave and house inspired by djs like Carl Cox and Jeremy Healy for there aggressive mixing techniques, playing on pirate radio and at underground raves and after partys with Dan Hill(sensitize) and dj gid (switched on).through the 90's his sound got more dark and progressive following the likes of Nick warren ,Anthony Pappa and of coarse Sasha and Jonny Digweed.In 1999 Ger moved to Dublin,Ireland and was immersed in a vibrant club scene attending the legendary Temple Theater, Ormonde Dublin and the GPO in Galway.Holding weekly and monthly residencies on Radio4by4 and Progressive Heaven.Recently Gerz has had mixes Featured on Progressive House Classics blog and plays his podcast Purple haze sessions drops on selected Radio stations across the internet including Progressive House UK ,Sonar Bliss Radio Belfast , RTE PULSE " Back 2 Basics" ,Mixpub radio, Inferno radio, Chicago Youth radio dropping the deepest darkest house , techno and oldskool vibes.

A new mix for New Year! Just:Music #18 is here! A selection of wonderful tunes I’ve been digging of late. A mixture of organic beauties, afro stompers and a sprinkling of gorgeous vocals in here too. This will have you dreaming of summer ’24 in no time :) 

Not that I’m big on New Years resolutions but I’m aiming for monthly editions through 2024 so keep your eyes peeled for upcoming months.

Simon Lloyd - Live War Child fundraiser, Bath March 24

A lover of all things ‘house' fuelled by his fond remembrance of euphoria surrounding the birth of rave culture, KONNR's passion for electronic music has remained firmly in place ever since.

Inspired after one of many trips to Ibiza a few years back to turn his hand to mixing, originally just as a hobby (it’s something he always wanted to do) - he never really envisaged much beyond that. 

Fast forward a few years, KONNR is regularly playing parties as one of ARRVL’s residents in London’s underground scene. Gathering a reputation for delivering emotive melodic electronic sets, as he says ‘I love to take the dance floor on journey’  and whether he’s warming up or playing peak time, there’s always a story and immense emotion in his sets. His popular Soundcloud mix series Just : Music showcases exactly that, touching upon varying styles within the series, if it’s the beach, the gym or partying hard there’s sure to be something there for you.
