How rare is this? A storming set with lots of elements of the earlier Trade sound. Absolutely sublime, mixing is tight as anything, I`m not going to waffle on, just listen to it.I know it`s going to bring back a lot of happy memories for a lot of people. Definitely the real deal as Ian has confirmed it.Thanks to Barry Williams for this fantastic moment in time, for once, I`m speechless, just enjoy it, loud!!

Blu Peter Live at FF 30-5-94 Part 2

Actually a really nice mix, nicely off the beaten path, really well put together. The mixing and the tunes are low key but in a banging sort of way. Just let it play and it will really build on you. There is one particular mix that made me go WOW! out loud, you`ll know It when you hear it. Many thanks to Barry Williams for the tape, as always, when part 1 finishes, give it a few seconds and part 2 will start automatically. Just enjoy it, loudly!

EJ Doubell  FF 31-7-94 Part 2

Out of the recent batch of Peter`s FF tapes, this set, for me, is my favourite. Nicely off the beaten track once again but also with a slightly harder edge than normal. Perfect! He`ll probably disagree as he`s stuck in 94 lol  I think it really flows and has a great sense of purpose and extra energy to it. Many thanks to Barry Williams for the tape. Bio: Currently based in Berlin, and originally from the island of Crete, I was a London resident from the late 90's, at which time I was fortunate enough to be introduced to the techno scene of the city, which back then, was something of a wonderland to behold: legendary clubs, such as trade, transformed my very understanding of basic concepts like music, dance & community. As a natural "consequence", and over the course of time, I became acquainted to a different defree with a number of significant personalities of the contemporary music scene, like Laurence Malice, Neil Tennant, Boy George, Frankie Knuckles, Dr. Mu, Dave Randall, E.J.Doubell, SJ & Baby Doc - amongst many others - all of which were influential, to the one extent or the other. Due to personal challenges/circumstances, even though I studied music production at the time, I was unable to put it into any form of application; instead, I expanded on my songwriting - various forms of writing being one of my greatest of callings since childhood. Thus, I've shared so far only a small selection of my songs - focusing my energies from the late 2000's onwards, on DJing in subversive clubs like KAOS, and promoting a quirky (day)party, called teknokolor, which was just as much a celebration of the absurd & queer identity, as it was a testament to the wondrous 90's techno club culture. I've also had the opportunity to participate in several performances, and anticipate the release of so much more of my music, in the immediate future, for truth be told, I remain a 'work in process'...Xxx 💖
