Behind Mendrion is Diego Garofo, who was born in Brazil, in 1987.

After attending music festivals for many years, he started to produce his own music in early 2013, inspired by several national and international artists.

His project can be described as deep and atmospheric psychedelic music, with twisted sounds, a groovy rhythm and weird soundscapes.
Through his compositions, he tries to make people feel music as a way of therapy, to connect with nature and spirituality.

With their new ep forthcoming soon on Purple Hexagon Records it seemed about time for the warped boys to showcase their new material! Fresh off their tour of new Caledonia, and just about to blast Brazil, they have put together a huge new set to showcase their new ep, forthcoming on the almighty purple hexagon records very soon. Drunken Wisdom is the latest production by this motivated duo, already known to worldwide ears and dancefloors for their groovy and engaging sound. In this latest release, producers Z3nkai and Act One have united their talent and passion to create a single psychedelic journey across four wisely arranged tracks, confirming once again their attentive production skills and fresh taste. This young duo is indeed bound to keep shining bright, as they keep surprising and amusing dancers with their savvy use of acoustic and native instruments combined with blurry and pumping psychedelic sounds. Expect to ride downhill across a foggy landscape on a long dirt road and gain the wisdom of a drunken experienced traveller. Here is a one hour mix of fresh bangers from Nico (Z3nkai) and Jack (Act One) and, ranging from playful psychedelia to the darker end of the spectrum, it will be sure to rock your boots!

Sequoya is the project of Yan Krassowski, born in 1979 in Darmstadt, Germany. His love and passion for electronic music started back in the mid 90`s with the young age of 15, where he discovered the local techno scene. Early influences where DJ`s like Sven Väth or DJ Dag and first experiences in technoclubs, like the legendary Omen or Dorian Gray in Frankfurt a.M.
He started to spin techno tunes at small parties until the psytrance virus changed his musical direction. With a bunch of friends – the Gecko Crew, he organised a couple of small parties in his home area, and begann to play progressive/psytrance Dj sets under the alias Yan Gecko. After a couple of years, with lots of national and some international gigs, he joined BMSS Records and released a few tracks on different compilations.
Yans favourite was always rather deep and mystical sound. After some life changing dancefloor experiences at big festivals, he fell completely in love with forest psy and more nighttime orientated music­.
2012 the Sequoya project was born. The debut EP “Nomad” came out in 2013 on BMSS Records, 2015 the “Singularity EP” on Sangoma, followed by tracks on different Compilations and Labels. His music can be described as deep, flowing forest psy with a unique style of storytelling and remarkable sounddesign. While starting to play his Liveset around the world, Yan still loves to DJ as well- telling deep, twisted and rocking musical stories.

From the free hedonism and the awakening of the consciousness, we now extricate ourselves within a new scenery made of restrictions, more control, zero tolerance and repression, actually reshaping the planet Earth, taking away its brighter colors and making it instead darker and monochromatic.
The ethnical migrations and the borders’ conflicts, the re-buildng of barriers for the mankind, the artificial terror of the media-machine, are all Global Aftermath of a present spiritual involution compromising the warranties for the peace and for the individual freedom, we’ve always believed in.

Kabayun is a psytrance producer from the United States. After spending many years honing his sound, performing around the USA, and organizing parties in New York City, David has spent the last 5 years touring the globe, performing in many European cities, in North and Central America, Asia, India and Australia, and at many of the top summer festivals in Europe, including Ozora, MoDem, Antaris, Summer and many more....

After releasing his debut album on 2to6 Records in 2011, in 2012 David joined the team at Looney Moon Records, based in Italy. In 2015 he joined Sangoma Records, a label based in Germany that promotes psytrance without genre boundaries, which is a perfect fit for his music, which floats in the border zone between twilight, forest, and dark, pulling elements from each, for a full power, psychedelic and very danceable vibe. 

His tracks have been featured on many compilations and releases from top psytrance labels over the years, currently David is working on a ton of new music, including a new EP and an upcoming album on Sangoma Records, as well as many collaborations with some of his favorite artists and friends in the scene.

Now residing in Philadelphia, PA, USA, Kabayun is available for bookings worldwide.

Kabayun’s music intends to create an environment that stimulates the listener to release themselves from the trials of everyday life and confront their challenges through the trance dance experience. Channeling the spirit of the west, Kabayun pulls together many elements to create an intensely psychedelic experience that lifts the body and the mind to undiscovered plateaus….
