AJ Tracey, 20, West London. I'm currently working on a Grime EP and a Trap / Grime EP, they'll be out in a few weeks. I've been trying to build my rep up on the pirate radio scene, as I've already touched the mainstream grime outlets (1XTRA, SBTV, Rinse FM.) 

I work closely with a few MCs such as MicTy, Jammz, Big Zuu and others, and a homegrown producer named ToonzInTheLab.

South London’s Arturo Polizzi a.k.a POUNDSHOP makes his debut on Tobago Tracks with a two-track gritty exploration through the hardcore continuum.

POUNDSHOP draws inspiration from bassline, garage and grime – all of which combine to make an unmistakably murky sound. Set for release on 21st July both tracks Fields and 6 Wings will be available to download.

Best listened to in complete darkness, 6 Wings makes excellent use of pairing a menacing bassline and minimal drum pattern. Running at a slightly lower tempo, the writhing bass gives the track a sludgy quality that is the perfect soundtrack to entering the void.
