Ten years ago Sam & Tom entered into the Drum & Bass scene and over the years has achieved reputable tunes such as ‘1965’, ‘Curtain Call’ and ‘Footsteps’. Fully influenced by the original rolling dance floor tracks of 2007, they added their own touch to create an exciting new range of quirky beats and basslines.

Since then, have accomplished working with a variety of labels and been supported by highly respected artists - compiling a well rounded profile. Ensuring that each and every tune is individual, musical and well structured, you can be assured their selection will appeal to a home listener as well as hearing on the club system.

Primarily known for showcasing their own music, their DJ set will expose you to a new and intriguing volume of music. With their arrangement of mixes combining commercial and underground beats with rapid fire selection, they'll keep you on your feet throughout the duration of the set.

They've worked closely with Jaydan's Smokin Riddims, and Tyke’s newly formed label, Holographic Audio. Other recent work includes various remixes for LionDub Iand award winning MC Coppa.

In this instance, they've added a couple new strings to their bows. As of 2015, Samy launching his own record label titled ‘Amusement Audio’. This will feature music from not only himself, but artists who are of similar taste and style. The music released will demonstrate the very best of Amusement Audio as Samy endeavours to select a unique and ‘out-of-the-box’ collective.

As of now, Samy Nicks & Rekwest are very much looking forward to writing new material and working with any reputable artists within the scene.  This will not only be a big step, but also a challenge to cement themselves as all rounded musicians.

Pablo Benjamin is a producer, sound designer & label owner from Buenos Aires, Argentina. 

He developed his style through various genres while experimenting with new sounds inspired by a variety of unusual sources. Writing music under the name c0ma, his original tracks and remixes have earned critical acclaim.

 In 2010 he founded the respected netlabel @abstraktreflections, giving unheard artists a platform to release their work.
