This song is dedicated to the South side of Albany Ga. - and I am reflecting on my childhood and what it was like living/growing up on the south side. The projects I lived in was called Mt.Zion Garden Apartments - I lived out there from 1983 - 2005...Though it sometimes felt like a War Zone - it also felt like home - the people there would fight with each other some days - and then some days - they would be as close as a family would be...It made me into the man I am today - I talked about how life was without having a father figure - which is how 90% of us were raised...

In this song - I wanted to address something that we all have to deal with - or have dealt with - one way or another - and that's the trials of life and death - my nephew passed away after being in a tragic wreck - and two months later my best friend committed suicide - so I was dealing with a lot of stress - and wanted to address the pain of loss within this song - cause I have so many unanswered questions - pertaining to the way depression - can warp ones mind, and have them in a mental state that breaks them down - to a point they would want to take their own life...

This song is dedicated to the women who have been used and abused in relationships and have almost given up on love itself - until I came along - and showed her what real love and appreciation for her really mean. During the hook part - the sample says "I need love - 7 days a week" - so that's why I named it Weekly requirements - this song is a form of healing...(Did I mention that it has no cursing in it)...

This song is self explanatory - but I go a tad deeper than just the typical hatred...I talk about the hatred that most rap artists face - and that is the hatred that is displayed/given throughout their very own home town or city - local hatred is one of the strongest forms of hate - in my opinion - the same people who should relate to you the most - because of similar environments or similar upbringings - be the main ones who hate to see you improve or achieve things such as success, to a point where they may kill you - just to stop you from becoming someone of importance...smh

A song about me battling myself - my adversaries, my pain, and my insecurities as an artist - I felt the need to talk about how I have to separate myself from conformity/traditional things - we as artists have to deal with things mentally that the so called normal beings wouldn't be able to tolerate - society wants to restrain us on things we can and cannot say/do...I want to break them chains/restraints/boundaries as an artist...by overcoming them obstacles...
