The weather started to get significantly worse, grey clouds covered the entirety of Mooth's sky. The path to the castle of Crystallia began to narrow. Quartzone couldn't understand how such an important place in the capital had such intrincate access.

After getting through a few streets and receiving a bunch of oddly concerned looks from the inhabitants, Quartzone and Chalcelle arrived to what seemed a big square. In front of them, the castle stood majestically. The Scarf Hero found himself staring expressionless at the castle.

- Uh... Quartzone, look at that. - Chalcelle put a hand in her companion's shoulder, bringing him back to real life and making him look at the center of the plaza.

The grey bear felt chills down his spine. Aside the two bears, a familiar face approached them. Her glowing orange hair elegantly waved as she walked. She looked like she was in the verge of crying. Something inside her made her look different from the last time Quartzone saw her at the top of Eenah.

- You need to hide. - Scarlet said.

- Are you kidding me?! - Chalcelle said angrily. - We got here in search of answers, and everything we have found so far has only increased our confusion!

- She is coming for you, and She is confused. - The volcano lady replied.

Chalcelle looked at her scarf bear friend. He had this expressionless look again. She then approached Scarlet and agressively grabbed her cold armor by the shoulders. Looking at her eyes directly, she proceeded.

- I have never seen him smile. Not even a single time! - Scarlet tried to keep her serious look, trying to prevent herself from crying. - Through this journey, I could realize he struggles to remember himself... How do you think that makes him feel? TO CONSTANTLY QUESTION EVERYTHING?

Chalcelle pushed Scarlet back with a strength she didn't know she had and, with anger tears running down her face, she prepared a chalcedony arrow and pointed right at Scarlet. To the ribbon bear's surprise, she didn't try to move. Right when she was about to throw the projectile, something stopped her.

- Sister... Sister? S-Scar... - With his hand in Chalcelle's bow, Quartzone looked at Scarlet. - Scar? - The Scarf Hero asked. The volcano lady looked at him with a nostalgic look and trembled. Chalcelle looked how the grey bear walked towards her "prey".

- Quartzy... Y-You remember me... - She whispered him. Quartzone hugged her, still confused.

- Who is coming, Scar? - Quartzone replied.

- Madre... - She said. Your soul is corrupted, Quartzy... Madre has been looking for you ever since the end of the battle that drove you unconscious, - She continued. You know she can't allow this danger in Crystallia...

Quartzone understood.

- I feel this is the place I am meant to be, Scar... I need to go through this...

- I'll help you! - his sister replied.

- I will help you too. - Another familiar voice said. Quartzone was surprised to see the purple bear with the ponytail he fought a few days before. Looking a bit ashamed, the bear continued. - You know... Sometimes things are not how they tell us when we are little... My name is Amesynth, by the way! - Quartzone didn't understand her, but Amesynth's words felt genuine, so he decided to trust her.

- I've brought this two guys with me, they really seem like they want to help too! - The ponytail bear said, smiling proudly. Cyan and Pinkee took a step forward and gently nodded at Quartzone and Scarlet.

Quartzone got back to Chalcelle with his new "team", only to realize how crowded the square was.

She has arrived.
