But not really dead on since I try to have my music be slightly off-center from an established genre. Would probably get more DJ support if I wrote it using more established stylistic norms though!"

Bottom of the Ocean was an album I wrote two or three years back. 
If memory serves right, I'm pretty sure Nic Temple played drums & Nick Vavro added lead guitars on top. There was also supposed to be trumpet (Ian Compton) & cello (Katie Morrow) on this song, as well as harmonies on the chorus vocals. musta neva got aroown to et before discardin tha motha fucka

The response to my remix was so phenomenal, we had to release the alternate version. This edit takes the remix in an even clubbier direction using it's alternate bassline and drums to do damage.
