Artist Bio :
Antonis Pavlides is the man behind Paul Anthonee moniker; born & raised in Nicosia, Cyprus and relocated in Greece, Paul Anthonee quickly established his name in the local scene regarding his quality & skills as a DJ, Radio & Music Producer!
As a DJ, he’s been a main feature in line ups of major festivals & main events such as Amsterdam Dance Event (NL), Fusion Festival (DE), Reworks, Bloque, River Party (GR), ao.; as well as in top inhouse venues around Greece, Cyprus, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Lebanon, Egypt ao. Besides that, Paul Anthonee has established a great rep as a radio producer as part of Extreme Radio (Gr), with airplays on Ibiza Global Radio, and other stations around Europe, Mix FM in Cyprus and Greece's premiere electronic music radio, Fly 104.
Focusing on a variety of Electronica, up to Melodic & Progressive Techno in his studio experiments his music became highly recommended and supported by top artists of the electronic music industry such as Carl Cox, Tiesto, Tale Of Us, Solomun, John Digweed, Maceo Plex, Dubfire, Adriatique, Ame, John 00 Fleming, Joseph Capriati, Paco Osuna, Fideles, Kevin De Vries, ao.. through groundbreaking releases on labels incl. Suara, Parquet, Steyoyoke, Movement, FSOE UV, Somatic, Be Free, ao; till recently becoming leading part of the promising Astral Records!

Berlin-based Mona Moore has been a passionate lover of electronic music since the year 2000. Sooner or later, she had to venture behind the decks. She had her debut in "her living room" as she calls KaterBlau. Even outside of Berlin, Mona Moore has already presented the audience her music, which she calls a deep groovy and melodic techno / deep house.
Meanwhile she also has a own monthly radio show and she is also the organizer of the event series "Enorm in Form" at KaterBlau. In the pandemic period, she has started to produce music and the first track „Fleur“ was released in June 2021 together with Stan Starry on the label „Katz&Kauz“.
Her philosophy when she is playing: "Sharing the love of music and thereby
forgetting a few hours of space and time"

Armed with unwavering persistence, the idiosyncratic and self-critical Alex Niggemann has had a remarkable career so far, with the future still as bright as ever. Not many artists can attest to suddenly finding themselves sitting on Resident Advisor's 'Top 20 Charted Artists' after a friend submitted some of their work to labels without their approval. But this is exactly what happened to Alex, leading him to release on various labels from Audiofly’s Supernature imprint to Nick Curly‘s 8bit Records, and even establishing his own label, Soulfooled (followed by his second label, AEON, in 2013). Alex's heavy-duty Materium EP, released on Steve Bug's prolific Poker Flat, dominated the charts last year and sat in RA's Top 50 for weeks after it's initial release. Other notable releases of late include the excellent Earth Symphony EP on Sasha's Last Night on Earth, and also the hypnotic single 'Sorrow' on Watergate Recordings. 

For Alex's Balance Selections podcast you can look forward to some beautiful tracks from labels like Kompakt, Objektivity and Alex's own Soulfooled label en route to more darker cuts from acts like Rødhad and Barnt. It is very clear that what has been a sprawling journey for Alex to date is far from coming to an end.

The Underwater years from 2002 and 2004 gave birth to the new Gusgus setup with Earth as the lead singer.  The involvement of Darren Emersons label manager and his successful selection off remixers for the hit "David" was important part of re-establishing this new lineup.  This was not the first interaction of the band with Darren Emerson and his label as the first release on his label was the track with Tworld, Anthem in 1994.  As some of you might know Tworld merged into Gusgus when the band was formed in 1995.  Here is one of these remixes of David, carefully remastered for you.

Art piece: Mechan 9 

Mechan 9 is the newest creation from Tyler FuQua Creations.  It is a giant fallen metal robot that is half-buried in the ground.  Over thirty five feet in diameter and six feet tall at his heart chamber, Mechan 9 is shrouded in mystery!  Decode the strange text on his body to reveal the secrets of not only his past, but of the universe as well.  Mechan 9 was built by an amazing crew and with the help of a Burning Man art grant in 2016 where it made its debut.
